Profile

Lee Minah an ordinary girl who is in love with music. Although she can’t play any instrument she knows a good song when she hears one. She is very patient and hard-working. She treats other people with a warm-heart, even those not too close to her. She is the type who tries to make everyone smile and enjoy her presence.

Park Yoochun is a composer/songwriter and a singer who is well-known all over South Korea and Japan. He is loved by his fans and never fails to make a great song. He is definitely an awesome musician, since he also knows how to play the piano. He is the romantic type of guy but has a tendency to get really depressed.

Summary

Lee Minah accidentally meets the famous Park Yoochun, who is coincidentally living in the same apartment house. Yoochun currently broke up with his girlfriend due to circumstances that could not be resolved. Weeks later, news about him creating lousy songs for the solo artists and idol groups, and not being able to please the entertainment agencies, spread all over. Therefore he soon released a statement, “that he could no longer continue writing songs since he lost his touch”; he then resigned from his job and set aside his wonderful career. He was so depressed that one night he attempted to kill himself. Fortunately Minah was present there and was able convince him not to do so. Minah felt pity for the damned star; she tried helping him recover from a bad break-up and carry on his legacy. Will she be able to heal Park Yoochun?

♫“Reminiscing the memories that we have written down on this brick road together.

Every time I pass by, I get drawn back to our past, when you were still here…”

♫“…How I wish I have the power to turn back time, longing for that sweet embrace I missed so much.

I’m sure you miss me too, yet it seems I’m the one having it the hardest. Trying, just trying to forget about you.

Gone were those days you held my hand and wiped my tears. Now I’m all alone…still hoping to see you again~”

“Yah~! Minah! Stop banging the piano like that. It is really annoying and people are staring at us.” My best friend brought me to a halt as her voice sounded off across the whole music shop.

I sighed and gracefully faced her, “Hyekyo, for your information, I am not banging the piano, I’m playing it like Mozart does.”

“Mozart? Don’t even go there, you play like a dog and that is final.” She insulted.

“Uh~ have you ever heard a dog do it?” I made a rebuttal.

“Okay, okay… could we just stop or else we’ll be late for work.” She reminded as she gradually calmed down.

I stood up and fixed my clothes, “Alright.”

We exited the shop side by side. Our cold bodies met with the warm air as we strode along the busy streets of Seoul.

Today is such a wonderful summer day unlike any other. It seems to be different from those that went by. Destiny might offer me something good, hmm I hope so…
