"Jungkook! Sneaking into my class again are you?" Jimin snickered. He enjoyed how fearful the wide-eyed Jungkook looked as he snuck into the seat next to him; of course on the right side because Tae always sat on the left side of Jimin. "It's fine hyung, it's the last day of school, no teachers care what we're doing-"

"Yah! Are you on your phone Mr. Min?" the teacher suddenly squealed, the grumpy teenager at the back shoving the device back into his pocket. "Well... except maybe that" Jungkook finished, giggling before Tae came over and joined them.

"Kookie! I didn't know you skipped a grade?" he laughed sarcastically, sitting down while throwing his legs over Jimin's lap, "Comfy?" he huffed, pushing off the slightly younger's legs. Oh boy, today is going to be a long day - Jimin sighed.

-

"So Monday it is, right?" "Yeh, I have a lot of sleeping to catch up on over the weekend" Tae whined, already struggling to keep his eyes open. "Where in the mall shall we meet then?" Jimin piped up, suddenly gaining interest in the topic since he'd wanted to check out the new clothes store that recently opened up. "Outside Starbucks like usual" Jungkook answered, nudging Tae "We should go checkout the game store again, I heard there's a really hot girl working behind the counter now!" he grinned excitedly, Tae only nodded slightly. "You didn't think I forgot, did you? There's also a really cute guy that arranges the shelves!" that got Tae smiling, now waiting even more anxiously for their meet up.

Tae had only recently come out to his two closest friends, seeking advice from them in a panic once his parents had found his - very much gay, adult - magazines that he thought he'd hidden well. Of course, Jimin and Jungkook were both very accepting, more so concerned about whether he was going to be a top or a bottom in the future. The three of them had formed a sort of best-friend-trio in the past few years of school together, even though Jungkook was in the 10th grade - a year younger than the other two.

Tae vividly remembers how he had been asked by one of his teachers to help a younger student out with his math one day. He had taken Jimin along with him since they were going home together after school. There, they'd met the shy Jungkook, a stuttering mess who feared that the one class he was struggling with would make him seem dumb - even though all his other classes provided straight A's.

Jungkook was just naturally gifted like that; similarly with other categories such as sport and video games.

The discussion got Jungkook talking again about how he believed an older 12th grader kept checking him out in the hallway. Jimin was quickly bored, glancing around the room to see what everyone else was up to, not that he talked to any of these guys. He only had a couple more years left in this school, and he already knew he wouldn't be missing many people.

It was typically only the three of them since the other kids already had big friendship groups, and Jimin couldn't stand half of the people in them. Though, there was only one boy he couldn't recall ever having talked to, he only knew him as 'Mr. Min'; his homeroom teacher would often be yelling at him for god knows what.

The boy was quite mysterious, now that Jimin thought about it. He was almost always wearing the same, dirty black hoodie, a baseball cap sat loosely on his mop of jet black hair, and he never, ever spoke to anyone. In fact, he was older than everyone else - by at least a year Jimin assumed. Though, he came to their literature class, so he guessed that maybe he was behind on that subject since he took the rest of his classes with his own grade.

Maybe that's why he looked so mad all of the time? Having to re-sit a class with a bunch of younger kids?

"Jimin! You didn't hear a word of what I just said, did you?" Tae frowned, punching his arm lightly. "S-sorry! I was just thinking" he smiled, turning back around in his seat, letting his gaze leave the lonely, unusual boy at the back of the classroom. Only a few more hours to go - he grinned. Of course he'd miss his friends over summer, but they'd probably meet up everyday anyway, and he couldn't wait to finally rest from school work!

-

Weirdo... The boy thought, throwing Jimin a judgemental look as he furrowed his eyebrows, not that the younger could see, however.

-

"So, still coming to mine after school?" Jimin asked the other two, giving Tae puppy dog eyes. "But Jiminnnnn, I have one last assignment to finish!" Tae groaned, not wanting to leave it until the end of the holidays. "Aish, you're such a nerd" he teased, flicking his glasses, "Yah! Okay, fine! But I'm doing the assignment tomorrow so neither of you bother me!" "Fine by me, I might have a date with Miss 12th grader" Jungkook teased, pushing his chest out. "Why do I have such weird friends?" Jimin sighed, wrapping an arm around each of the two aliens.

And that's when the summer began.
