A star so bright, in the cold, dark night, shining right in-front of me, as shiny as it can be, I wonder what's its plans for me, hopefully something exciting to see.
I wonder where my true love is, out there in this big wide world, wonder why lately I've always been given a miss, sure I'm not that bad, that no one wants to hold, but I'm not sad, i have my friends, they're the ones, who keep me away from the end.
Right now life is ok, it isn't fantastic, but it's ok, sometimes it used to be so tragic, right now, all it needs is a little magic, somehow, I think of everything, all at once, maybe that's why it's sometimes hard to sing, those feel good songs, straight from the heart, whilst this world, still feels dark, and sometimes terrifyingly cold and alone, and we're all miles apart.
