"Uh oh, lunch time. My girls need sustenance." Jen says looking up from the text. Jeff laughs as he pushed off the wall. "Well then, we better get you back." He takes her by the hand and starts walking her toward the designated meeting place, Lidia just texted her. She shoots a message back to Lidia that she was on the way and Jeff takes her phone from her hand. "Hey! What do you think you're doing?" she jokes.
"Giving you my number so you can call me later," he smirks, "So I can talk to you whenever I feel like it." She takes the phone back after he finishes putting his number in it. She stares at it for a minute. "I guess I need to go ahead and send you a message so you know it's me when I call. I can't believe it is already lunch time. I guess time flies when you have JDM attached to your lips." Jeff laughed heartily at her comment, as she tapped out a message, hitting send.
They walk up to Lidia and Jeff gave her a small nod before stealing one more kiss from Jen, then taking his leave. As he walked away Jeff checked his phone.
Cathy split off from David and she slowly made her way over to Sean's table. He looked up and smiled at her which she returned while walking up to the table. Sean stopped everything as he moved away from the fans he just got through signing autographs for and started walking around to the front of the table. "Hey, baby girl." He greeted her with a hug. "What are you doing right now?" Cathy smiled at him sweetly. "Nothing, getting ready to go get something to eat with my girls. Why?" He started to guide her away, with his arm around her lower back.
"Well, gorgeous, I was wondering if you wanted to go to lunch with me instead." Sean suggested, grinning like a kid in a candy store. For some reason this earned a chuckle from his beautiful, voluptuous lady. She didn't think twice about it, deciding she was going with her Seanie. "Of course. Let me text them." Sean nodded, feeling puffed up that such a woman would rearrange her schedule for him. He lets her handle the texting, making the decision to be absent from the signing until tomorrow. Plans with his girl formulating in his head. Cathy pulled out her phone and started a group text.
Cathy: "Hey chickies. Can't make lunch. Don't have too much fun without me."
Jen: "Why C! Is everything alright?"
Lidia: "Yeah, what JenJen said."
Cathy: "Something sexy popped up. SPF taking me out."
Jen: "Lidz and I say k. Meet up after for the BDS stuff? Or will you be gone the rest of the day?"
Cathy: "Don't know. Will text when I'm back."
Jen: "Have fun C! Be sure to update us laters."
Lidia: "Don't do anything we wouldn't do."
Jen: "Who you tellin'? She always do what we wouldn't do!!!"
Cathy: "Lol. Ok, cray crays. I gotta go."
Lidia: "k."
"Did you really just 'k' her?" Jen burst out laughing. Lidia nodded, "Yerp. You did too though." Jen nodded in agreement, "Guess it's just us for lunch, huh? Unless you're trying to ditch me too." Jen pouted as they walk out of the building, taking a break from the venue. Lidia put her hand on her chest in mock horror, before putting her arm around her friend. "Mah bitch. I'm not going anywhere. You're mine, the penguin deals with it." Jen cracks up, in between laughs, "People are gonna think we're girlfriend girlfriends." Lidia bats her lashes at her bestie, "Muff divin', clam clickin'! Whoop whoop!" Jen about toppled over from laughter, "You ain't right." Lidia have a big cheesin' grin, "Don't act like you didn't know."
Lidia dropped her arm and they continued on. They are walking down the street for only a few minutes before Lidia stops short, looking around. "What?" Jen asks, looking back concerned. "Creepy, and not my kind of creepy. The whole we're being watched feeling." Jen starts to look around as well. That same feeling tingling up on her too. She isn't sure if it was just her friend's feeling carrying over because she spoke it out loud or if there is a real skeezer watching them, from somewhere. It feels real enough to her and Jen shivers.
