chapter 2

Percy' s pov.

I woke up in my cabin after having a really bad flashback/nightmare about my time in hell and if annabeth died it was so bad that I ended up suck in it and sleeping though breakfast. It's about 10 in the morning and lunch is usually at 12. So I went to the far wall of my cabin where my couch is and moved it out of the way of the trap door that's there that leads to the basement my dad help me out there for the days that my nightmares get bad. I have had this since the battle of the labyrinth, so for about 4 years and no one know just me and dad.
I have a area of maybe 2 football fields down here I have a small music studio with different instruments like I have like 3 guitars,2 drum sets, a grand piano and an electric I also have maybe 2 or 3 violins and several others that I've learned to play but never told any one.
I have a small gym that has a tremill weight set and a few other things. Then there is the boxing area where there are a few pairs of glove in different sizes because I have been boxing to help relive my stress I even have a few trophys I won from tournaments across New York. I just don't tell people this side of me. I have even gotten a few offers for a scholar ship to privet colleges and universities. I did so well in last week's tournament that I got an offer to spend my junior and senior years of high school at some privet school in Manhattan. I think its callled umm manhattans school for gifted children (its made up )it's supposed to be one of the best schools in the East coast. I figured that since annabeth isn't able to got to school with me because her dad wants her closer to home that I will be going there in fall. They even offered Paul a job too as an English teacher. So we'll be going to the same school.
Then theirs an Olympic size pool in the far corner. Along the wall next to the pool there are photos of the demigods of the titan war and giant war who died along with their names godly parent and how old they where.
Near the music studio is a small kitchen with a fridge and pantry full of food that will replenish it self. Alone with a small lounge area where there's a table a couple couches and a 50 inch monster prof tv with some game consoles that my dad go me for my 16 birthday. Thers also any game you could ever want. Some of this stuff down here I put like the trophys photos and my 2 guitars I bought after the battle of Manhattan one light blue acoustic and one sea green with a blue wave patterned electric anyways getting back on topic stupid adhd.
When I got down the stairs I went to the kitchen area and grabbed one of the cereal bars and ate it. Then I spent roughly 30 mins running on the treadmill then went to my small boxing area and stated hitting my punching bag. With every hit I saw my friends die again . Zoe and Bianca's deaths Charlie, Salina, luke, and a few others. After about 1 and half hours of hitting the bag I was so frustrated that I punched a hole though the bag. Great now I have to use other methods to deal with my frustration. I put about half a roll of duck tape around the bag and walked over to my music area and picked up my electric guitar and started playing a melody the I realized that I was playing the being of the song I'm just a kid. So I set up my recording stuff with the mics and once ever thing was ready I started to play the song again

At this point I didn't realise l had people watching me I was to into what I was doing and the way it sounded.
