Every time you want to say something, you have to run it through the Bitch Thought Process. Let's use "I have to go" as an excuse to leave a hot guy as an example.

5 steps to sound like a bitch

"I have to go" Does it sound like you don't care? No. Revise: "I'm gonna go now"
Does it sound like you're bored and done with this conversation? No. Revise: "Well, this was boring. I'm gonna go now."
Does it leave him wanting more? No. Revise: "Well, this was boring. I'm gonna go. *sway hips as you walk away and/or hair flip*"
Are you being condescending? No. Revise: Roll your eyes before saying it.
Does it sound overall bitchy? Yes.
