"U-um, Josh?" Josh looked down at the boy in his lap.
"D-do ya, yanno, need any clothes?" Josh laughed and nodded."Yes, thank you Tyler. If we go out, we should get you some groceries mister. You're takeout pile is impressive." Tyler giggled at his statement.
Tyler skipped up the steps to his room and found a cute outfit to wear, a simple red skirt and a long sleeved pink shirt. He brushed his 'duck fluff' and brushed his teeth, applied his light makeup, and hopped down the stairs again to get his shoes.
Josh was also dressed. He had on the same maroon shirt, leather jacket, and jeans that were ripped at the knee. His bright, curly read hair was decently tamed, and he was tying his shoes.
"Ready to go, TyJo?" Tyler nodded.
"Yessir, but I don't know where the stores are. I, uh, don't go out much." Josh snorted.
"Don't go out much," he muttered with a cheeky grin.
Tyler left his apartment for the first time in what seemed like years, hand in hand with his overly-tall companion. The midget and the giant. What a love story.
Josh expertly led Tyler through the maze of LA streets, passing by vloggers and palm trees alike. It was like a new world, seeing the ants outside his window turned into actual people with names and stories to tell. How captivating!
Soon the maze turned into a dash for Target and Josh ushered Tyler into the red building.
"Hey, how about you get groceries, I made a list, and I'll get clothes and we can meet up here to go checkout?"
Tyler nodded and grabbed a cart, one he could barely see over, and stumbled along quietly to the grocery isle.
Tyler never left his apartment and by never, I mean he couldn't find a single banana in the fruit isle. Poor thing, and he was too shy to ask where they were.
He hummed to himself quietly, Bink's Sake, and walked up and down each isle like a lost dog trying to find home.
He'd only gotten some chips when someone spoke up.
"Hey," a man said. Tyler turned around to see a tall guy, maybe 5'10, with blonde hair.
"Need any help?" He asked , gesturing to the highest shelf, with the salsa Josh had wrote down.
"Yes, if you don't mind." The man gave Tyler a white smile, and introduced himself as Donny.
"Thank you Donny, I'm Tyler." Tyler said quietly.
"Hey, you look pretty cute in that skirt. Wanna head back to my place?" He asked calmly.
"Oh, uh, no thank you." Tyler said gently.
Donny furrowed his eyebrows.
"I said, come home with me. You've gotta fine piece of ass in that skirt, and I'm going to come home with it. So, you and me. My house. Now." Tyler whimpered at those words, making himself smaller than usual.
"N-no!" Tyler stuttered.
He shut his eyes tight when Donny raised his arm, preparing for the worst. A few bags of tortilla chips fell on him and he felt like his world was crashing down. He felt sick to his stomach, revolted, disgusted, just awful at the yellow freak in front of him.Tyler could even feel the air passing by his face, but no contact was made. Instead, he heard a choked out groan of pain and peeked his eyes open, to see Josh grabbing on to Donny's arm, knuckles white. Donny's face was contorted in pain, wincing at the grip on his arm.
He whipped around only to find a man, six inches taller than him with a menacing look on his face, a sleeve of tattoos, and gauges. And worst of all, he was pissed.
"What the hell man!" Josh growled. Even Tyler felt intimated by him.
"D-dude sorry, I didn't know he was yours."
"Mine?" Josh looked even more pissed. He dropped Donny's hand and like a snake grabbed his chin, forcing them to make eye contact.
"If you dare call Tyler an object, one that someone owns, I will personally see you to the fucking depths of hell. Don't you fucking mess with Tyler or me you little shit, or I'll make you wanna regret you were born. Got it?"
He dropped Donny once more, his face red where Josh was gripping it. He ran away with his tail between his legs.
As suddenly as he had gone scary, he became nice.
"Sorry about that Tyler, I should have watched him better. The dude looked like a creep from a mile away." He reached his arm out and pulled Tyler to his feet.
"And suddenly I don't feel like salsa." Josh laughed at Tyler's comment.
Whata cutie. (kat is a cutie too)
They got in line to check out, when a very pregnant lady stepped behind them.
"How many months?" The mother in front of them said.
The woman mumbled nine, and turned away from the mom. Josh leaned on the cart and it slid out, pushing Tyler.
Tyler stumbled and fell backwards into the woman, who fell to the ground.
A watermelon cam out from under her dress, and her eyes widened.
"MY BABY!" She shrieked.
Tyler and Josh burst into a fit of giggles, Tyler's being way higher pitched than Josh's.
They left the store hand in hand, silently watching the people passing by.
When they reached the apartment and closed the door, Tyler shouted
"MY BABY!"
