Chapter 11 - You went out with Ricky?

Landry's P.O.V.

Another week had just started and me, Lauren and Chloe where chillin in the staircase. We where sitting in the windows and talked as always. All of a sudden Ricky's car came. It stopped and out came he, Liam and Emery. Emery had a black eye and a huge bruise under his eye and a little wund on his nose.

"Oh my god, what happened to him?" Lauren said.

"I heard their gang had a big fight with their rival gang from the other high school here last friday. They where after Ricky but he wasn't even there. Apperently he was with some girl while his friends fought for their life" Chloe said.

I widened my eyes. She knows he was out with some girl? Do the whole school know? Do they know the girl was me or?

"Oh..." Lauren said and looked over at me.

"Do you know who that girl was?" I asked.

"Nope, no one does." Chloe said.

I let out a relieved sigh.

"Are you okay with it? That he went out with another girl?" I asked.

"Well it hurts but deep inside I know that he'll never date someone like me so...." Chloe said.

In that moment Chloe's phone rang. She answered and a few seconds later she hung up.

"It's Sab, her and Row just ended their lesson. Let's go to the cafeteria" Chloe said and stood up.

"Go ahead, I need to talk with Landry abit. We'll come in a few minutes" Lauren said.

Chloe nodded and walked down the stairs and disappeared.

"What did you wanted to talk about?" I asked.

"It was you wasn't it? You're the one who went out with Ricky last friday right?" Lauren said.

"What? Why do you think that?" I asked surprised.

"Well Ricky would never miss a fight. He's always there to help his friends and I figured if it's any girl he'd do it for it has to be you. Seeing as he always are after you and doesn't give up." She said.

"Okay fine, it was me. But it's not because I like him because I don't. I still dispise him." I said.

"Woah? Seriously? You went out with Ricky? But why?" She said.

"Well he wouldn't stop using Chloe and he gave her false hopes by using her to get to me. That day we met him in the stairs he said that he'd leave me alone if I went out with him on a date so by doing it he now will leave both me and Chloe alone" I said.

"I see well I really hope for you that Chloe won't find it out because she won't be happy if she knew it" She said.

"I know so you have to promise to not tell her. This stays between us okay?" I said.

"I promise. All your secrets are safe with me. I mean no one knows about your love for Biebs am I right?" She said and chuckled.

"Right and it better stay that way" I said and chuckled.

"Let's go to the cafeteria now shall we? The other's are waiting and I'm starving!" Lauren said and stood up.

"We shall because I'm starving too!" I said and chuckled.

I stood up and walked down the stairs with Lauren. I knew I could trust her. Ever since I moved here I have got the most close with her out of everyone. We completes eachother perfectly and she's my best friend.
