Ji Su's POV
Jin decided to help me get ready. Or at least watch me get ready.
"I'm gonna take a shower real quick, wanna pick out an outfit for me?" I asked.
"Hoseok and Tae went out and got you an outfit already, but I'll pick out accessories." I smiled at the sweet gesture. "I'm gonna go make some snacks while you shower. Holler when you're done." I nodded my head and closed the bathroom door.
I turned the shower on and while waiting for it to heat up I washed my face. Once the steam started hitting the mirror I undressed and hopped in.
I started thinking about having to leave behind the boys. After so much time spent with them, the idea was difficult to accept.
I know it's for the best though. They're famous and have a status to keep up with. I have to finish college. We're on two different paths.
*twenty minutes later*
I ran my comb through my hair a few more times and then opened the door. Jin sat up from where he was laying down and smiled.
"You could keep a rainforest alive with all that moisture." Jin started laughing at his own joke which made me laugh.
"Oh brother, enough jokes it's time to get ready." Jin started taking deep breathes to calm himself.
"Okay, let's do this." He pulled up a chair to the vanity and asked what he could do to help.
"You wanna blow dry my hair while I do my makeup?" He nodded his head happily.
Jin and I chatted *loudly* while getting me ready for the date. It helped calm my nerves.
When I finally put on the dress and heels the boys had bought for me, I felt like a princess.
"You look amazing, Namjoon is going to love it." Jin commented making me blush.
"Let's go, I think Namjoon is arriving soon." I held out my hand and Jin took it. He helped me down the stairs and the two of us sat on the porch waiting as the sun set.
"What's your greatest fear Ji Su?" Jin asked suddenly.
"Hm, I think my biggest fear is losing my family, why do you ask?" I looked over at him, but he continued to stare at the ocean.
"Someone asked me the same question recently. Of course I'd be scared to lose the boys, but I feel like you've become part of our family."
"What're saying Jin?"
"I fear that going back to Korea might disconnect us from you. I know how happy you make Namjoon and I know he wouldn't want to see you leave." My eyes softened. I feel so selfish.
I sat there silent not knowing what to say. The sound of the waves crashing were the only thing to be heard until the squeaking of breaks broke the barrier.
The truck door shut and from around the corner Namjoon appeared. I smiled and stood up from where I was sitting.
"You looked gorgeous." Namjoon said taking me into an embrace.
"I could say the same about you handsome."
"Alrighty, that's my cue to leave. Have fun you two." Jin stood up and walked past us patting Namjoon on the shoulder as he passed.
Once he was out of sight Namjoon pulled me in tighter.
"God I could hold you forever." I melted into his arms and felt completely relaxed, how selfish of me.
