A Calming Christmas day

Ji Su's POV

We were headed home after eating breakfast and relaxing for a bit. Namjoons's parents were really good at picking out presents. They seemed to have a good idea of the items I liked.

"Namjoon, what did you tell your parents to get me."

"what are you talking about."

"They got me items that I love and they barely knew anything about me before that."

"I just told them a little bit about your personality and what you might like to receive."

"Maybe I should have done that with my parents. I'm not sure they will know what you want even though you spend a lot of time at the house, I mean they barely know what to buy for me."

"it will be fine, asa long as you are happy."

"I am, I am truly happy."

"me too."

(Arrival at the house.)

We got out of the car and it was snowing. everything was covered in white snow. I thought I was going to go blind from the brightness. we grabbed somethings from the car and headed inside to find the family sitting on the couch drinking some hot chocolate and watching a Christmas movie.

"We are back."

"oh back so early, you didn't want to stay longer."

"It's not that, they were really nice and lovely people, also Namjoons mom knows how to cook. like really well."

"Are you judging me and my cooking."

"no not at all mom."

"It's fine, but why did you come back I figured you would want to stay longer so you could get to know them more."

"I got to know them plenty but I also missed you guys. They said next year you guys should come along with us. They would love to meet you guys."

"That sounds good, but waiting another year before we see them might be too long, I think it would be easier to meet them at an upcoming holiday."

"Well you might be able to see them if you go see Namjoon off for his military service in February."

"Is it really that soon."

"Yah."

"Okay lets not sulk over me going to the military and instead we should enjoy the time we have right now." Namjoon chimmed in

"yah exactly." Mi Sun added.

"Mom I invited Jae over tp hang out since we haven't seen each other in awhile is that fine."

"Yes, but can you ask her to pick up some marshmallows on her way here since we ran out."

"Sure why not."

(Time skip to Christmas day.)

(Authors POV)

"Ji Su, Namjoon are you awake." Mi Sun said as she slowly opened the door to Ji Su's room. A groan escaped Ji Su's mouth.

"unnie Wake up its Christmas." Mi Sun said as she entered the room. she walked over to her older sister sleeping on the bed and shook her.

"Mi Sun is that you." namjoon said as he popped up from the couch with messy hair and his eyes barely open.

"Yes, could you possibly wake Ji Su up so we can eat breakfast and open presents."

"Yeah Sure." Namjoon said as he got up from the couch and slugged his way over to Ji Su still sound asleep in her bed. Meanwhile Mi Sun slipped out of the room and headed downstairs.
