In the beginning there was a young woman that lived in a tribe known as the Nanami people, this young woman was carrying the child of the leader of the rivalry tribe but no one in her tribe had known that she was carrying the baby of this man. She lied and told everyone that God blessed her by giving her a miracle and they all believed. When she gave birth to this child she decided to name him Abel , which meant breathing spirit. Three nights before giving birth the woman was visited by the Sea God, Mauli. The God told her that she would give birth to a baby boy and he would be faced with a challenging task that would change the balance of the tribe forever. The woman was excited to give birth to a baby boy but feared the task that would lie ahead. The night of the birth every family in the tribe came to visit and each family placed one seashell around the baby boy because they truly believed he was a gift from god and would soon become their leader.

Although Abel was born destined to be leader of the Nanami he would grow up without a male figure in his household, therefore he had learned how to be a man on his own. As he grew older he grew stronger and stronger and soon enough he would be strong enough to finally take place as leader.
