Imagine that you and Gerard were going out on your regular date night he told you to dress fancy, so you decide to go with your black dress that went just below the knee with lace patterns running down the back of it. The one that drove Gerard crazy whenever I wore it. I decided not go too heavy on the makeup just some light brown eyeshadow, and a nude colored lipstick.
After I was dressed and ready I met Gerard downstairs and his eyes went wide.
"Wow y/n you look amazing. God I love that dress on you."
"Why thank you Gerard. You don't look too bad yourself handsome."
During Gerard and I's relationship I would tell him how much i loved him but he would usually never say it back. And I'm starting to think that tonight he might break up with me for trying to move things too quickly with us. I never meant to move too quickly it's just I don't want to lose Gerard he means everything to me, maybe more.

We finally pulled up to the restaurant and everything smelled so good. The waiter showed us to our table, and started to take our order.
Gerard kept on staring at me all night and holding my hand it felt really nice to have him show at least some affection towards me.I mean don't get me wrong he's an amazing boyfriend it's just he doesn't show it a lot to me but I love him so so much.
After the waiter left Gerard looked at me all urgent as if he had something important to say;
"Y/N
I love you so much. I know I don't show it a lot of the time but I do, I think that your the most beautiful girl Ive ever met and would never want to lose you Y/N so will you please stay with me forever and marry me?"
"Yes! Yes Gerard I will marry you!"
The entire restaurant cheered and clapped for us. Gerard then took my hand and placed the gorgeous ring on it and couldn't be any more happy than I was tonight.
