So. This is set after Lana is kidnapped by bloody face, when she wakes up back in the asylum. Mary Eunice is already possessed. I will just be following some cannon but most things aren't.

The first thing she saw when she opened her eyes was the nun's face. She didn't have the strength to appreciate the simple beauty of her light blue eyes, her full, pink lips and the few exposed strands of golden hair at that particular moment, like she had been doing discreetly ever since she got to Briarcliff. She was still terrified of the events that had recently transpired. She had noticed a slight decay on Mary Eunice's wit since she had gotten there. She seemed much darker, but she still needed to tell someone what had happened as soon as possible.

She did however, notice how gorgeous the blonde was when she said she believed her about everything she'd said. After all the ordeal, it brought tears to her eyes.

Seeing Lana winters back in the asylum was definitely a surprise for Mary. She had thought that the brunette had managed to escape. A part of her, the scared little girl with a stupid crush on the reporter that she had chosen to possess had even felt happy for Lana. When she began to talk about where she had been for the las few days, Mary was surprised to say the least. Of course she knew who doctor Threadson was, (she knew everything after all) but she didn't know he had plans with Lana.

As it had been happening often recently, she had mixed feelings on the situation, a part of her, the demon inside her, was glad to see the infamous bloody face cause more damage but another part felt intrigued that Lana, even though she look disheveled and devastated, didn't look quite broken just yet. The woman was definitely strong. She told Lana she believed her story to give her a false sense of security she would be glad to rip apart but seeing how grateful the brunette was of having someone who believed her made her feel something unexpected and most definitely not demon-like
