I felt the hot water run down my back. It had been a while since I have been able to take a nice long shower. Ever since the divorce it's been hard. My parents have hated each other since my 5th birthday. 13 years of yelling, hitting, and screaming. It is easier when they aren't together. I swear they could go at it for hours!

"We leave in 20!" A bang came from the door. Scaring me so bad making me slip and I am pretty sure I broke my bum....

I grabbed the towel from the toilet seat and rapped it around my body, and walked in to my small room. I wasn't sure if I should wear just a sweatshirt or like really get ready... Sweatshirt it is. I slipped on my black skinny jeans and my Disneyland long sweater. I put on my 6 rings all bring different color and shapes. My favorite one is my moms wedding ring... I know it's kinda weird but once my parents got in the biggest fight of the year my mom throw it, it landed under the couch and I found it and put it on one day.

"You could at least try to get ready." Kadence said right when my foot it the last stair. She was dresses perfect as always, curled hair, make up done and a short pink dress that showed off her black and white flower tattoo on her left shoulder and goes down to her mid tricep . She got it for our 17th birthday so like two months ago..

"We both know what we are going to be doing all day." I rolled my eyes.

"We gotta go." She said as I took a bite from my fresh toast.

I was rushing out the door with toast hanging out of my mouth and my converse in each hand.

Oh by the way Kadence is my twin sister. We look nothing alike. She has light curled hair light blue eyes and I have straight dark hair dark brown eyes.. Everybody is surprised when we tell them we are twins. I look like my mom and she looks like my dad. It's crazy how different our personalities are too. She loves art and weird music and I am more into indies and hippie things. We all so have a little brother, Gannon he has IV Osteogenesis Imperfecta. It doesn't affect his life he is just a little smaller then the other kids. He is 15 and has a body of a 8 year old. But he is still a pretty chill kid.

"Gannon hurry." He was running out with only one shoe and only half a shirt on. He tends to do that often.

I could have sworn my mom has been in the car waiting us for hours. She gets like every time we go to my dads. She gets lonely and sad. I wouldn't be surprised if she just sat on the couch and eat ice watching the batchlor.

Right now my dad doesn't own a house so we have to go hang out in a hotel room with him all weekend. But it is nice hotel and they have amazing food so I guess it isn't too bad.. His house should be finished in a month, at lease that's what he keeps saying.

"Are you going to be okay?" I heard Kadence ask. She was the sweet one, always has since we were little. She was in the front seat and my mom was driving and I was in the back with Gannon.

"I think so." My mom said back, I don't think that my mom has been okay since I was like 10. She is always kinda upset...

"Bye." Kadence kissed her cheek and shut the door behind her.

"Bye." Gannon and I said as I shut the van door. I thought that my dad was going to be waiting in the lobby for us but naw. There was a lot of girls everywhere, like Brad Pitt was in the house or something.

"16th floor!!" I read off my iPhone screen and told the other two. I pushed through all the girls.

After what felt like hours of pushing and shoving but was only just a matter of minutes we finally found the elevators. Kadence pushed the button to our fathers floor while we waited patiently and listened to the elevator music.
