I was running as fast as I could chasing after my dog, when suddenly someone passes me.

How can someone actually be running faster me in this moment?

Are they chasing after their escaped dog also?

I look closer and notice.

And he was running after my dog!

Ok that makes more sense now!

He catches up to carter and grabs his leash and I slow down and jog up to them.

"Oh my god thank you so much for getting my dog! Ok carter, that's it! No treats for u tonight!"

Austin laughs and says "no problem! By the way I'm Austin-" I cut him off

"You're Austin Mahone, I know who you are. Big fan, big fan. I'm Parker and it's nice to meet you Austin! Thanks again for getting my dog! He's a fast little pup!"

Austin laughs again. Wow am I really that funny?

"Again, no problem! He's also a cute lil pup! And it's nice to Meet you Parker! Btw, I like his name! That's actually my middle name!"

"Really? What I coincidence!" I say.

(I already knew that. That's why I named him carter)

"well Parker, maybe you and carter here wouldn't mind if I bought you some ice cream maybe? It is a very hot day you know?"

I laugh a little.

"would love that but I'm going out to lunch with my friend, you can come if you want! I'm sure she wouldn't mind!"

"Oh no it's cool, I wouldn't want to intrude. Maybe another time?"

Did I really just turn down Austin Mahone?

"Yeah sounds good! I'm sure carter would love it! I mean, you did save his life! And I might not mind either"

he laughs. Wow I am killin it today!

"Ok cool! Maybe I'll see you around sometime Parker! I am a professional dog saver around here ya know? In case carter needs me, you must be new though!" He said while scratching carter behind the ear.

He laughed a little before turning around and jogging back to his mahomies.
