Broken hearts (Asgore x Toriel)

Chapter 4

*The next morning*

Asgore had woke up earlier than usual to surprise the family of three. He make a nice big breakfast including bacon, eggs, and orange juice. The sound of sizzling eggs had woken up Toriel, she went downstairs and saw Asgore preparing breakfast.

“good morning Gorey!” Toriel had with glee. “Oh howdy Tori! you are a bit early though.” Asgore replied. Toriel seemed eager to say somthing but seemed to nervous to say it.

“Asgore…” Toriel whispered.

Asgore could sense Toriel’s fright and quickly took action.

“Are you alright Tori?” Asgore now worried about Toriel as she blushed a deep red.

Toriel sighed. “I'm sorry about last night, I just miss Asriel too much” Toriel starting to tear up after each word.

“Tori, it's hard to forget him, but we should focus on what we have instead of what we don't have.” Asgore stated in a serious tone.

“Y-yes, we have Frisk, and Frisk us enough!” Toriel recognizing the things she had in life.

“There you go!” Asgore cooed as the goats had a hug before Frisk came down.

“I smell breakfast!” Frisk said happily also joining in the family hug.

“Right you are kiddo!” Asgore said rubbing Frisks hair.

“Breakfast is served!” Asgore exclaimed as he served each individual their plate.

*After breakfast*

Asgore was outside gardening when Frisk tapped him on his shoulder.

“Howdy flower dad hehehe!” Frisk laughed with the happy gardener. They spent some time gardening, watering beautiful flowers, trimming weeds and even growing more flowers. A couple minutes later, Asgorehad gotten an alert on his phone

*Warning!

“This is a message from the city hall of Ebott City. This is an important message, please read. There is a tornado heading west from Greensky to Ebott City at 26 miles per hour. This is a deadly tornado that could destroy houses and other forms of structure. Please take action. Get to lower ground, keep your form of television on at all times for further instruction.”

*Beep!*

Frisk was really scared and started crying.

“Ah dear child, do not worry. I will always protect you.”

Frisk let out a small smile as they walked in the house to a frightened Toriel.

“I saw a tornado alert on the TV and now I'm scared!” Toriel panicked.

“You guys need to calm down, the tornado doesn't have a good chance of hitting us. It's still a city away.” Asgore replied trying to calm the family down.

“But...what if it hits us?” Toriel said trembling

“We can't enter the future without having it happen.” Said Asgore.

The family headed to their basement in a room with a TV and no windows. They kept their TV on for further updates.

“There hasn't been an update yet… what if that tornado is gonna hit us?” Frisk ask with fear in her voice.

“We will have to pray for the best…” Asgore replied with a pinch of fear in his voice.

The Dreemurrs waited the possible disaster out until they finally got another alert on the television.

*Beep!*

“This is a message at the request of the city hall of Ebott City. The tornado has died out and it is safe to go outside. If you never want to miss these alerts, please download the app on your phone to never miss the alerts”

*Beep!*

The Dreemurrs jumped with joy after they had heard the news and that they were free of danger.

“Its a miracle!” Frisk exclaimed.

They all gathered in a big group hug before going outside to celebrate. They then taught Toriel how to garden flowers, and she enjoyed it more than ever.

“These are so vibrant and pretty!” Toriel laughed while watering the fresh flowers.

“I say it's getting late, how about we watch a movie?” asked Asgore.

Frisk and Toriel seemed to like the idea because they said “yes” before hugging it out.

They decided they were gonna watch Zootopia because it had good ratings and it was family friendly. With the decision being made, Asgore made the family popcorn and treats and they watched the movie.

*After the movie*

Frisk was asleep as the movie ended, Toriel laughed as she picked her up and placed her in her bed and then went to her room along with Asgore.

“Goodnight Goery!” Toriel said to a very tired Asgore.

“”Goodnight darling. And remember, it's about what you have.”

They kissed happily before snuggling up in bed.
