Chapter Four

I laid on Luke's couch in his room feeling awful, my neck hurt from sleeping on the uncomfortable piece of furniture and I felt like I was gonna throw up. Luke was still asleep which meant he was absolutely no use to me, plus school started in half an hour so I'm guessing we were skipping.

'What day is it?' Luke groaned from the bed.

'Tuesday? I think.' I shoved my head back into the pillow. 'Your couch is awful.'

'Probably because I bought it off Michael, apparently he used to have sex on it.'

Hearing that, I rolled of the couch and onto the floor, taking the quilt with me on my way as well as the pillows Luke had supplied the night before.

'Are you going to explain to me why I'm here and not in my own lovely bed?' I stood up with the covers wrapped around me and plopped into the end of his bed.

'Because those guys were following us, did you not see them?' Luke raised an eyebrow.

'No, I did not. Who were they?'

'People I know, they don't like me very much. You don't need to know anything else, so stop asking because I'm not gonna tell you.'

'Right, okay.' Luke climbed out of bed and walked onto his balcony, lighting up a cigarette and bringing it up to his mouth.

'So, what do you wanna do today?' He shot me a look from where he was stood.

'Are we not going to school?'

'No.'

'Well, I don't know. I'm hungry.'

'We'll go get breakfast then.'

E L O D I E

'This is ridiculous, why aren't they answering their phones?' I threw my arms up in the air.

'They're probably having sex, we shouldn't be freaking out about it.' Michael sat on the edge of the stage that night at drama club.

I rolled my eyes and leaned back in my chair, trying once again to call Kaia and ask her where she's been.

'They don't have to be together, it could just be a coincidence.' Jordan shrugged.

'Hey guys.' Luke smirked, walking into the hall with Kaia following along behind him.

'Where on earth have you two been? I've been worried sick about you Kaia!' I exploded, running over to her.

'Matt? What the hell are you doing here?' I gasped when my ex boyfriend entered the hall while Kat and Elodie were in the middle of a song.

Matt shrugged and walked over to me, smirking. 'Just wanted to come see you, that's all.'

Kat and Elodie stopped singing and Kaia ran over to us. Michael, Calum, Luke and Ashton's heads turned towards Matt and I.

'Bullshit. Why are you here?'

'You got feisty I see, I like it.' Matt smirked proudly and Michael walked over.

A few minutes later, a full blown shouting match had taken place ending with Michael punching Matt in the face.

'You, Clifford, this isn't over. Also, Jordan, Katherine was a better fuck anyway.'
