I had to pay more attention to school so I started reading when I got home finally alone. My mom came up stairs yelling about being out and I would have a babysitter I just nodded and agreed with everything so she would shut up. Soon enough a man walked in to my room saying my mother would be gone for the night and that he would be watching me. I called Caleb so he would come hang out with me but he was of course busy. It felt weird so I invited my friend izzy over. Me and her talked for hours but she soon ended up having to go home sense it was a school night. That man was still here I knew him he was our neighbor jack. But I didn't like him he always made me feel uneasy. But what did my opinion matter my mom left me for the night with the man.
