•Chapter 14

The University of Kentucky was eliminated from the NCAA tourney. Meaning their season ended short.

"How can I end my time here at UK?" Devin asked himself aloud.

Him and a few other Kentucky basketball players were debating if they wanted to leave the school to enter the NBA draft.

Possibly for him, two days ago would be the last time he wore a UK wildcat jersey.

"Bro I knew you was going crazy. But, not dumb crazy." His friend Willy said.

"Man Will I'm trying to do this little get together thing."

"With what clout? Nobody know you from a can of paint around hea."

"Ha, that's funny because they know me around here more than they know you. Bum!" He spat back in a playful tone.

"Yeah my boy those sound like fighting words," Willy threw his fist up.

"Will don't try me whore."

Willy left and Devin pulled out his phone. He began page watching Elia Instagram. She never blocked him back on all social media accounts. For that he was thankful.

But, no matter what he knew he couldn't drag their fling on. His heart belonged to Brianna or so he thought.

Elia did another spin in the mirror at the mall. She was in Forever 21 shopping for an olive green two set outfit. But, shopping for one thing led to another and there she was spending, spending, spending.

"No more Elia," she said to herself as she walked to her car with thousands of bags.

Finals week was finally approaching so she knew she'd better get her fun out now before test and study consume all her time.

"Girl I'm ready to be a little hoe-ish at this party ain't no shame in my game." She told Lamia

"Well, the party isn't until tomorrow Queen Elizabeth."

"Okay and--?"

"And, you know it is Devin party right?" She questioned

"In fact I do know. I'm not worried that's why I'm going to go there and have a fucking ball. Devin ate the cat once you eat me out you can't front on me." She started to twerk.

"Yeah, well tomorrow make sure you have fun for me and Ty."

"Why nigga?" she questioned. "Can't y'all have fun for yall self?"

"Well, I'm with child and I don't want Tyler going. He'll prolly be making baby number two in that party with a hoe. So if I want to make sure my man isn't doing anything stupid as hell he must chill with me." She said

"I'm going to get drunk. I'm finally able to live a little before reality sinks back in. That means two things; I'm either going to come in late and loud, or not come in at all. Just in case you and Ty want to get y'all freaky business on while I'm gone. It's just a fair warning."

"Hey now. You know how we get it done." She started to shake her butt, but her growing stomach was over powering her.

"Listen I'm going to wear this nice ass dress, and kill the scene."

"Yes, yes best friend. It'll be a murder on the loose."
