I looked up at my parent’s anxious faces. My mother was wringing her hands while my Father’s eyes were darting around the room. Finally, Mother cleared her throat.
“Honey... we’re moving,” She told me nervously.
“Is Eric coming with us?” I asked her.
“Eric. Isn’t. Real.” She told me, emphasising each word.
Suddenly, my parents fell down,
down,
down.
And all I did was laugh.
“Eric doesn’t like to be called not real,” I told their lifeless bodies.
I looked up to see Eric already cleaning and putting the gun away.
