Shes "TAKEN"

Colby's POV

As we were walking out the coffee shop Y/N stops and looks up at me. I look into her beautiful eyes and smile. She blushes and starts walking forwards again. My smile fades. I really wanted to kiss her. It was 4:00 we still had 15 minutes to kill. "What you wanna do for 15 more minutes?" I ask. "I don't know... maybe just walk around?" "Okay sounds good" I say smiling to myself. We start walking around and see that theres a festival. "Omg we should go to the festival some time!" Y/N says. "As in a date?" I smirk. "Shut up!" She says playfully punching me.
"Ow you gave me a boo boo" I say fake crying. shes sighs and keeps walking.
I look down at her hands for a second. I really wanna hold them. They look so soft, and warm.

Eventually it's time to head back to the school to pick up Brooklyn. We start walking back until this truck comes by. There were guys. Mostly drunk guys. They started hitting on Y/N. "Go find someone else to hit on shes taken!" I say frustrated. I realized I said the 'shes taken' part and blushed. Y/N also went bright red. She looked at me and than back at the guys in the truck. The guys were really confused. "Whatever. You guys are weird..." I sigh and keep walking. We walked in silence for a little bit until Brooklyn was walking up to us and broke the silence. "Hey guys!" she yells. "H-uh-hey..." I say not correctly getting the words out. Y/N still says nothing looking down at her feet.

Y/N pov

"He said I was "TAKEN" Brooklyn!!!" I scream. "He probably said it because he was protecting you Y/N. Drunk guys most of the time are bad news. "Most of the time?" I question. "Yeah, I've been through a few drunkies" she says then winks. "ahhh gross Brooklyn" She laughs and grabs her phone outta her pocket. "Oh no no no no no no oh no" I hear her mumble. "What?..." I say cautiously. "T-Tyler.. You know Tyler Joseph right, the singer of twenty one pilots?" shes says tearing up. A flash of the guys getting beat up outside of school run through my head. "Yeah w-what happened???" I say getting scared. "He got hit by a c-..." She gets cut off by Coby busting through the door.
