You wake up in a dark room. A dim light shine through the room. You didn't remember what has happened or how you got there. You realized where you where. The safe room in your school. Multiple people were unconscious . Two other people rose one with short shoulder length hair, and the other with long brown hair. You stood and called " hey!" . The blonde looked towards you and her eyes widened and she yelped "Someone else is awake madalyn!". You looked toward the other who pushed her hair out of her face and groaned " my back hurts!" She walked towards you and smiled softly, but fear showing through. The blonde came and his behind the brown hair. " connie?" Madalyn asked. " yea?". " do you know what happened? ".
You looked down at your feet. " I dont " Connie replied. I looked up at her and she was shaking. " I think it was maybe a earth quake or another attack" you said. " attack ?" Madalyn asked. " yea we have been having attacks from a neighboring country" you said thinking back to all of the terrorist attacks.
Madalyn suddenly ran to the door and pulled it open. You followed her and noticed the hallway where crumbled and crushed. " woah what happened here?" You said walking around. Connie walked out of the room hesitantly. You continues down the hall to your office. The office door was crumbles down and madalyn was in there already searching. You walked in and see your Principals lifeless body on the floor. You Gasped and madalyn looked up at you. " yea he is dead" she groaned and continued to search for something unknown. You left the room and opened te front door.
The city you were born and raised in was in ruins. Fire. So much fire. Your eyes widened and you couldn't look away. The image burned like the fire as it was in your head. You every memory burned like a old picture that was dropped in a fire. You couldn't move. You almost could hear screams. You did hear screams. But you only just realized... they were yours.
