"Penelope, Penelope, Penelope. Who is she?" I wondered to myslef as I sat on my bed. "What if I call her tomorrow?"
The next day, I called the number in the card. It rang and a girl answered it.
"Yes, hello?" she said. The voice was familiar, too. It was sweet and soft.
"I-Is this Penelope Adams?" I said. My voice croaked.
"Yes, speaking. Who's this?"
"This is Clark Sinclair from Digital Works Company. I-I was also assigned by the president to do the project with you about the movie..."
But I felt she was curious about my voice. It seems that she also knew me a long time ago. I heard her whispher my name. "Clark."
"Penelope?"
"Oh sorry. Yes, the project."
"Yes. And H-He asked me to talk with you and plan it soon."
"Oh. So when do you want to plan it?"
"It's up to you."
"Oh. Well, okay. Are you free tonight?"
"Yes."
"Then I'll meet you at Havana Café. It's just near downtown."
"Okay. What time?"
"Six."
"I'll see you then."
"Okay."
Her voice was really familiar. When I talked to her, I felt I knew her before. There was something I can't explain.
