Why hurt someone because they did you wrong??

Good afternoon sweethearts!!!!!! This question was not requested by no one but I felt the NEED to write and express my thoughts on this topic..

--"Why hurt someone because they did you wrong?"

Some would find it as a relief to hurt someone that did them wrong.. Am I wrong? I know A LOT of people would do something like that.....including me. But today as I look back I see that it wasn't worth the effort of hurting that person because they did me wrong. Now some would look at me stupid even some of my closest friends would. But before doing that look at my point of view and understand where I'm coming from. As a newly Christian member there's a certain way of looking at something or a situation.

In Exodus 14 verse 14 it states

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still."

That verse only means to be mostly that those that are or did me wrong will be dealt with but ALL I need to do is stay still. "STILL" in this verse means to be quiet or silent. Some believes in what you call "Karma" but this is NOT karma is call faith.

For the Lord to fight FOR you; all you need to is:

1. Stay SILENT/STILL!

2.DON'T respond

3.DON"T hold a grudge toward someone or hold that person in your heart.

2. Responding back to a person is basically letting that person know that you are affected by what he or she is saying. It's also letting them know they can easily attack you. just like that saying goes "Silent is the best weapon". When you are silent you letting God know he can handle the situation however he wants, also when you are silent the other person don't know what you are thinking of.

3.Holding a grudge toward someone doesn't help anything! Best way to make that person suffer is being nice. Meaning in a Christian way- you see that person in need of money for something GIVE it to him or her. NOT LEND but GIVE.  Secondly that person hungry or thirsty give them food or drink. Thirdly that person has no clothes at all, buy them some. By doing that it'll be a blessing toward you.

BUT before all that MAKE SURE you are indeed innocent and not guilty!!!

My advice is to have faith in God.
