Chapter 6
When I saw Lyndon placed his spoon and fork in a 5:25 position, I concluded that he was finished eating so I motioned myself to clean the table.
"No. You've done enough, Angeline. You cooked me a wonderful breakfast na nga tapos I'll make you wash the dishes pa?" he said then started cleaning the table. "I will just wash these real quick then off we go." With that, I nodded.
I went sa sala niya and sat on the sofa. My eyes landed on his macbook kasi I saw something familiar. It's a young blonde girl wearing a military uniform.
It's Youjo Senki! He watches anime, too!
"Lyndon!" I called him, sounding very excited. Well, I am so why hide the excitement?
"Hmmm?" he answered. He's still in the kitchen washing the dishes.
"You watch Youjo Senki?" Of course he does. Yun nga ang nakapause sa mac niya.
"Yup! Ikaw din?" he asked.
"Oo. What are your current animes?" I asked. Now we have two things in common: our taste in music and anime.
"Kobayashi-san and Youjo Senki. I watched Ao no Exorcist's first two episodes but dropped it right away kasi I know what's gonna happen since updated ako sa manga," he answered.
"Oh my. Same! Best anime for you?" I asked. Sobrang nakakatuwa talaga na we both watch anime. Though it's pretty common for guys to watch anime.
"That's a hard question. Hmmm..." he paused for a while. Looks like he really is having a hard time picking. "I am so torn between Code Geass and D.Gray-man." With that, I am truly in awe. Masyadong same ang taste namin. Those two are part of my top animes.
So we went on talking about anime and Japan while he's doing the dishes. Feeling ko mas napatagal yung paghuhugas niya dahil dinaldal ko siya. We have time pa naman eh.

We are inside the elevator na and he pressed the basement.
"You know what? You're pretty cool," he said out of the blue. Napataas naman ang kilay ko.
"Huh?" That's all I could say. Pano naman, clueless ako why he came up with that remark.
"Eh kasi very eclectic ka when it comes to music. You go from classical to metal tapos you watch badass animus pa not just the cheesy senpai ones," he said. I chuckled at the cheesy senpai remark. He made his voice three pitches higher kasi just like those anime girls.
I grew up watching Animax kasi instead of Disney, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon so medyo clueless ako sa cartoons.
"Eh cool kasi and I like the plot. Very original and weird but good," I explained.
The bell rang and some more people entered the elevator hanggang sa mapuno na ito. Nasiksik kaming dalawa ni Lyndon sa corner ng elevator. Actually, si Lyndon lang ang nasiksik kasi he shielded me from the people. He's in front of me at idinantay niya ang kanyang mga kamay sa wall ng elevator giving me space away from the people. Our bodies are almost touching and I could smell his manly scent.
I looked sideways feeling quite awkward with our position. I think he felt the same kasi he looked up trying to avoid looking at me. Finally nasa basement level na at nagsilabasan na ang mga tao.
Humiwalay na si Lyndon at naglakad palabas ng elevator. Sumunod naman ako sa kanya hanggang sa marating namin ang isang di pamilyar na sasakyan. Last time I checked, Montero ang sasakyan niya. He pressed his key and a white Porsche rang in front of him. He opened the door for me.
