HarryxGinny

11 year old James dragged his brother down the stairs and into the kitchen. He had seen his Dad looking at some funny sweets and he wanted to try them.

He grabbed a pan and hit it on the table, knowing he would wake up Teddy and Lily. Sure enough, he heard footsteps coming down the stairs and a livid looking Teddy with a young, sleepy-looking red-headed girl in his arms.

"Want a sweet, Teddy?" Asked James, dropping two into his hand, one for him and one for Lily. "Fine." Snapped Teddy as they all popped the toffee into their mouths in unison.

The room around them began spinning and spinning as it turned rapidly from light to dark, light to dark. Eventually, it stopped at dark again, and there was a great, rattling rumble, then silence.

Ginny wrapped the towel around her a bit tighter and began searching through her drawers, looking for some nice clothes. There was a loud bang that shook the house, but Ginny ignored it, thinking it was probably just the twins and a new idea of theirs.

Suddenly, the door swung open and a teenage boy with turquoise hair opened the door and immediately covered his eyes and began rambling about something Ginny could make no sense of.

"Oh! Aunt Ginny! I didn't realise you were home! I don't know what happened, it was James' fault! Some sweets he found..." He turned around and fell out the door, but Ginny was too shocked to say anything.

She heard Harry's voice outside and the boy replied. "Who are you?" Asked Harry. '"Uncle Harry! I'm so sorry! I didn't realise the sweets were magical, I just thought they were James'!"

"Stop talking." Said Harry, and when Ginny peaked out of her door, she saw, Harry dragging the boy down the stairs, who now had black hair.

In the room above, however, it was a very different story. Fred and George felt the house shake badly, and wondered what had happened. It certainly wasn't them, so they decided to see what it was.

They both looked out of the door to find Harry, except he looked much, much younger. He seemed scared and confused but he didn't react when they called his name. "Harry, come on in!" This time Harry looked at them, but he was more confused than ever. He walked in anyway, eyes flicking from twin to twin.

"Uncle George, why is there two of you?" Asked the young boy. "And why do you have two ears? You said that the bad guys took it!" The twins looked at each other carefully and looked back to Harry, who they now realised was way too young to be Harry.

"What's your name?" Asked Fred. "My name is Albus Severus Potter. Harry Potter is my Dad. Can you take me to James or Teddy or Lily please?" Said Albus, who tried to stand up and look for the rest of his family before the twins grabbed him and sat him down again.

"How old are you?"
"I'm 10." Albus smiled. "What year is it?" Asked Fred unexpectedly. "2016" Replied Albus, who stood up again and walked to the door.

The twins hastily followed and found Harry outside of Ginny's room, holding an older boy by the arm. "Teddy!" Shouted Albus as he ran down the stairs after the black-haired boy.

Meanwhile, down in the kitchen there had been a similar struggle. Molly Weasley had felt her house shake violently and assumed another trick of Fred and George's had gone wrong, but she was proven wrong when a young boy with messy black hair and dark brown eyes stumbled into the kitchen.

Taken by surprise, Molly shouted "James!" Noticing how similar he looked to her old school friend. She was even more shocked when he shouted. "Grandma! I'm so sorry! I didn't know what the sweets would do, I thought they were just sweets Dad didn't want me to have-" But Molly pointed her wand at the boy before he could finish his apology.
