The patient [Miss. Fiona Mars] is a paranoid depressive prone to extreme fantasies and episodes of "acting out" in which she repeatedly attempts to harm herself and those around her. It is our opinion that what has been written here, should be considered as truth only after taking into account her delusions.
Mrs. Janet Hutch remains hospitalized after Miss Mars assaulted her with a police issued revolver stolen from her father, Sheriff David Mars.
There is no record of Mrs. Hutch having a son. Her daughter is deceased, nine months, in a car accident.
Miss Fiona Mars will be on restricted ward indefinitely.
