Olivia's POV
Later that night.
Ethan just went home and I can't sleep.
My parents got home right after Ethan went home and are now in bed and all I want to do is go on a walk.
I pull open my curtains and see Ethan's light is still on.
Really wish I had a stick right now.
I open my window and then look around my room. and find safety pins and start throwing them at his window until I ran out.
I sigh and look for something bigger.
I find a bouncy ball and smirked.
This should work.
I tossed it at his window, not too hard though.
and it hit it and bounced into his yard.
I see a shadow and then the curtains are pulled open.
He opens the window.
"What was that?" He asked looking out the window chuckling
"A ball." I said
"What do you need?" He asked.
"I can't sleep" I said and he looked down a little.
"And?" He asked.
"And I was wondering if you were up to go on a walk with me?" I asked him and he smiled and nodded.
"I'll meet you at your doorstep" He said and I smiled and nodded
I closed my window and then slid on some shoes.
I grabbed my phone and went downstairs and slid out the front door quietly.
I smile when I see Ethan.
We walked down the dark street, not quite knowing where we were actually going to go.
"Why did you leave school Ethan?" I asked him
"I told you.. I just didn't feel well." He replied and I nod.
"You can tell me though" I said and he looks over and down at me.
"I just wanted to.. I didn't wanna be there anymore today" He said .
"But I mean who hasn't faked being sick to get outta school?" He asked.
"Me" I replied and He looked at me surprised.
"I have never missed a day of school my parents always made me go" I said
"Dang" He said
"They must be pretty strict." He said.
"Yeah.. I have to sneak around a lot." I said and he nods.
