We now go to 4th grade.
"Hey Natasha," Milo said. "Yes," she responded. "Remember Creepy Callie?" Natasha smiled. "YES! That was funny!" she said. Milo pointed to the corner of the playground. It was recess.
Natasha looked where he was pointing and smiled. "Let's go talk to her!" she said as she grabbed Milo's arm. "Wait WHAT?" Milo said in shock, pulling his arm free. "Why?"
"Why not?" Natasha protested. "Because we don't know her. Maybe she is savage. Or worse...LIKE JEZEBELE!!!" Milo stated. They both started laughing.
"I heard my name whispered among commoners," Jezebele said, walking up to the duo. "We were just talking about how good you hair looks, Ml' Lady," Milo said with a bow. "Hmm...," Jezebele scowled. "I know you are being sarcastic but I will take the compliment." she said as she walked away.
When she was gone, Milo and Natasha fell down laughing. Without him noticing, Natasha took off in the direction of Creepy Callie. When Milo finally noticed, it was too late. Natasha was halfway there. Milo ran to catch up with his best friend.
"Hey! How are you?" Natasha asked as she reached the girl. Creepy Callie looked behind her, then back at Natasha. "Me?" she asked in surprise. "Yes silly! What's up?" Natasha asked.
"No one talks to me. Why do you?" she asked Natasha. "Because I wanted to know your name. Funny thing is that me and my friend have been calling you Creepy Callie since kindergarten," Natasha states.
"Figures. I was the Lone Ranger back then."
"Well now you have us to talk to," Natasha said as she held out her hand to shake Creepy Callie's.
Creepy Callie hesitated but shook it and smiled for the first time Natasha had seen. " You have a really pretty smile," Natasha said looking very surprised. " Thanks. I don't smile often," Creepy Callie said looking sad.
"Well you have me and oh, have you met Milo? He is my friend. We've known each other since kindergarten." Natasha said swinging her head around looking for some clue that he didn't just ditch her.
As she walked a few steps to the right she saw Milo staring at her. He looked over at Creepy Callie and smiled then motioned Natasha to come to him for a second.
"How do we know Creepy Callie will be friendly?" Milo asked. Natasha smirked. "I have a hunch. Trust me."
Natasha ran back to Creepy Callie with Milo following close behind. But she was gone. "Oh," Natasha pouted. "I didn't even get her name." Milo stood next to Natasha. "What if her name was Callie. That would be hilarious." Natasha and Milo fell to the floor, laughing.
After school Natasha and Milo were walking home from school and went to there hideout in the forest. "So.. what shall we do today besides homework?" Milo asked, not wanting to leave. "We could go try to find Callie," Natasha said. "Can we do that tomorrow?" Milo asked. "I want to play LAD&D!"
"And what does that stand for again Milo?" Natasha asked smirking. She was grabbing a huge stick off of the ground. "LIVE ACTION DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS!" Milo shouted, grabbing the closest branch.
Natasha thrust her 'sword' at Milo but he parried. "You didn't think you could get me that easy, did you Elf?" Milo asked while somehow maneuvering Natasha's stick to the ground.
"Well human," Natasha said, grabbing a pine cone. "I happen to have Crawler Mucus with me."
"Foolish Elf. I have 400 GP. I will still live!"
"Not if I have two!"
Natasha picked up another pine cone and threw them at Milo. "AAAAHHHHHH!" Milo screamed as he got hit by the pine cones. "If I die I'm taking you with me!" Milo grabbed Natasha's arm and pulled her down with him. The two friends fell into a pile of leaves.
Milo and Natasha were slowly calming down. "We have to talk to Creepy Callie tomorrow," Natasha said, suddenly all serious. Milo turned in surprise. "Sure Natasha. Tomorrow. But let's just enjoy this moment please," he begged. Natasha smiled and grabbed Milo's hand. Milo blushed.
The two friends just layed there, staring at the sky. Natasha jumped up. "Milo! It's SNOWING!" And it sure was. Milo and Natasha started spinning in the snow with their tongues out. Natasha frowned.
"It needs sugar!"
