Hey people, feel free to critique. Like and appraisal comments appreciated.

Catch you in my stories,
GaisceKid.

Elizabeth raised her staff once more but Koju pushed it aside. His eyes widened and pleaded with mine.

"Damian, I can't understand how much of a shock this must be for you. I promise we will explain everything, but you need to come with us."

A twinge hit my stomach as he spoke, but fear locked my feet dead in place.

"Brother, we don't have much time before Damian's class gains access to this room." Elizabeth clipped.

"Do not rush me Elizabeth." He scowled.

She readjusted herself uneasily in her seat.

"Fine." Huffed Koju. "I cannot force you to follow."

My body relaxed slightly, but an unhealthy level of concern remained.

"I must warn you though..." Koju began. "We are not the only ones in search of you today." His voice came and left like a tide lost in the big blue sea.

"Strangers will come, offering undeserved gifts. Do not trust them. They do not have your best interest at heart. To contact us, simply shout out our names. And with that, we leave."

Elizabeth stood up in protest but Koju held up his palm. She swallowed hard, sighed and proceeded to iron invisible crinkles on her dress. Then three booms erupted from the door.

"What's going on there?"

My P.E teacher, Mr O'Rourke's shrill voice rang unmistakably. I looked back and they vanished. Only the hiss of water against tiles remained. Frozen, my eyes darted to where they just stood. Mr O'Rourke's voice melded into the background.

"If you don't open this door in the next twenty seconds, I'll see to it you spend the next decade in detention." He roared.

His screech cascaded directly into my imagination, sparking the nightmare of my mom's reaction. I snapped out of that horror and pulled at the door handle. It resisted till I wrenched with all my strength. The door made a lull snap. Then began to swing in my direction. I side-stepped just in time to see Mr O'Rourke plant himself face first onto the floor.

He sprang up complete with all a cartoon's wackiness and dusted himself off. Dressed in his signature grey and neon spiralled polyester tracksuit, blue runners, and a green tennis visor. The baby faced educator wore an overwhelming amount of acidic cologne. Coupled with excess facial hair. We figured he was compensating for something big.

"Can you tell me what all the noise was about?" His voice rose at every word.

I looked at him and began to stutter. Fortunately for me, the rest of the class gathered under the doorway.

"Everybody move back." Mr O'Rourke squawked.

"Eh, sir I think I know what happened." Mentioned Benjamin as he pointed towards the shower area.

A thin body of bleak liquid trickled its way towards us, the shower Koju fixed still running. The entire class stepped back and watched Mr O'Rourke engage in his usual temper tantrum. Completed with its grunts, stomps and flails.

"Everybody out." He barked. "I don't want to see a single student in the changing room until I say so."

I took this as my opportunity to escape. But Mr O'Rourke caught my arm.

"If I find out you had anything to do with this." Tone descending to a dangerous edge."I'll personally arrange your final departure from this school." "And get yourself checked out after class." He spat. "You're burning up."
