Dear Love,
I've read in books that throughout your life you'll meet those who will come and those who will go. But once you've met this one person who you know is like no other, who you feel like you're familiar with or why it feels like it's less like you're getting to know them and more as though you are remembering who they are. How every laugh, and every act draws you to the conclusion that you've known them before, then you mustn't let them go. —See the funny thing is I've met people who expect me to stay in their lives. I've met people who try to cling on to me, forgetting the slippery walls I've built around myself. I've met people who live in the same forsaken house as before they could even understand what a home actually is. Which is funny because I grew up with the mentality that wherever you rest your head is your home. Wether it's a different country, a different house, a different pillow, a different roof, a different walkway. I've always walked away before things got disruptive. I'm a compulsive candle lighter, hopeless, yet hopeful but I soon blow things out before they've reached the bottom. You can push my buttons and then wonder why my heart may seem so hollow. Yet I crave so hard for someone who craves a challenge and dares to fix the cracks in me. It so happens to be difficult getting to know me, I'm a puzzle with missing pieces and you're the most important one. The one who puts it all together because you're the missing piece I need. I'm not perfect, I'll annoy you and make you mad, I'll push your buttons to make you laugh, say stupid things just to take them back. I'll be here. I love you, I don't care. If you need to stay up crying all night long, I'd stay with you. There's nothing you can ever do to lose my love. I've learned to know where my home really is and that's you. It could be pouring rain and I could be lost in the transit of my thoughts, but you, only you could make it all goddamn better.
