Jess turned towards him forcing his hand closer to her body and gently put her hand on the cast on his arm.

"What happened?" She asked concern flooding her soft voice. Her voice was coated in desire as her eyes looked deep in to John's.

"I fell. Landed wrong." He answered more concerned about where his other hand was.

"Does it hurt?" She asked and raised her brows at his gentle touch. She really needed to be alone with him and soon.

"Not anymore." He purred at her and smiled as he let his finger gently brush against her. She gasped and jumped slightly at his touch. "Do you want to go for a walk, maybe find a place a little more private?" He cooed gently in her ear as he leaned in to her side ever so gently and brushed his finger across her again. She was hot to the touch.

"Sure." She said with her insides turned to goo and her brain clicking off. He had her right where he wanted her.

"Come with me." He whispered again and ran his hand down her thigh as he stood up, then extended it for her to take and follow him.

Rayne was snuggled safely in Avi's arms. There wasn't much room in his small bunk for cuddling but they made due. That just left their bodies impossibly close. His arm was wrapped tight around her, her back pressed fully into him, his chest to her back. There wasn't a millimeter of space between them anywhere. It was very comforting to be held so close to the one she loved. She was so tired. It was very early in the morning, well past her bed time. She was beyond delighted to be able to be there with him and was grateful to Ester for making it possible. She was their tour manager after all. Without her, Rayne doubted that her being on the bus was even possible. She also doubted that it was done for her. She wasn't foolish enough to think that was the case at all. The love Ester and Avi shared was a powerful and unshakable bond. They would do anything for each other including never asking the other to sacrifice their happiness.

She thought for sure that her interaction with Ester would have been more like "Clash of the Titans", but it wasn't. Ester's small outburst over Avi being over an hour late was reasonable and understandable. Ester had a big job reining those kids in. She could already see that sometimes wrangling them was much like herding cats. And that at any given time any one of them could develop a serious case of childishness. All in all, meeting Avi's sister went far better than she expected. She liked his protective and loving sister. Liked her a lot. She sensed there would be a bit of rigidity and resistance at first, but hoped that she successfully put some of that to rest by identifying with Ester over the roles of a big sister; she was one too after all.
