Draco's reputation

It was time to go. Draco gently placed a kiss on Luna's forehead and whispered in her ear goodnight. Luna smiled and said goodnight, walking off towards her dormitory, amazed that Draco had just kissed her! She was all dazed,in some sort of dreamy trance. What was she doing? She thought. Well it was certain that whatever it was, was happening on its own and she would gladly ' roll with it '. Draco, seemed to Luna as the most gorgeous boy in the school. And she was happy that he was hers, or so she thought.

The next morning she woke with a start as she came to the end of a miraculous dream.

She was with Draco and they walked together down by the lake holding hands. It was nearing the climax of her dream when a fellow Ravenclaw shook her by the shoulders, telling her that if she didn't get up quick enough she'd be late for her first lesson. But Luna wasn't thinking about that. She didn't care. All she could think about was Draco and hoping she would see him again.
On her way to Transiguration that morning when she saw Draco with Crabbe and Goyle. She smiled at him and he glared at her and mumbled 'What are you looking at?"
Luna understood that Draco had to keep his reputation up but it still hurt her that he couldn't accept her into his group. She didn't know whether to talk to him or not.
