Hello Bunnies, sorry for the long wait.
I've noticed there seems to be a trend of "kinks" sneaking their way into the comment section and I find it to be the greatest thing in the world to read (especially when I wake up, y'all make my morning with the comments)
Please read the notification chapter that I will be posting right after this. I will be sending out notifications as well but the "chapter" notifications seem to work better.
Anyway, enjoy!
Ronan stood on the deck, his eyes roaming the crowded roads of the island as his grin widened. He had caught sight of his brother's ship, Diable de Sang, so he was sure Levan was wandering the streets with his lover instead of heading to the whore-houses like it was usually custom for them to do.
"All clear, Captain." Ronan glanced over his shoulder at Kincaid who wore his usual attire of breeches, vest, and boots.
Ronan raised a brow before asking, "will you ever put on a tunic? You are going to put someone's eye out with those peckers one of these days."
Kincaid simply laughed as he walked past the captain and made his way to a few crew members who he had yet to give instructions to. Ronan frowned, he had been completely serious and often wished the man would quit wearing just a vest since it was not the ideal clothing to be wearing aboard the ship but Kincaid had begged to differ on several occasions. Turning toward the crowded streets once more, Ronan was filled with excitement and mischief as he thought about the two days they were spending here.
"Plenty of time to rustle up a few sheets," Darius snickered as he came to stand by Ronan. Ronan rolled his eyes and disembarked from his own ship, Démon de Mer, and entered the crowded streets of Tortuga. He had no set plan in mind for how he would locate his younger brother and decided that he would just wander about as he also did and they would eventually run into each other.
"Aw don't be like that Cap'n!" Darius whined as he hurried to catch up with Ronan.
Ronan did not even spare his First Mate a glance seeing as he was too busy looking for a suitable bed mate, woman or man.
"Like what?" Ronan asked absently, eyes still roaming.
"A prude!" They both came to a halt as Ronan turned and raised an eyebrow at the slightly smaller man, his aura intimidating those around him except Darius.
The fearsome captain folded his arms across his chest and scowled. "I do not act as such."
"Yeah ya do." Darius flicked Ronan's nose teasingly and stuck his tongue out as his captain growled at him.
"Darius," Ronan sighed as he leaned against a few stacked barrels of , no doubt, rum. "I do not have a set preference of who warms my bed for the night whereas you are only considering female takers. Never mind the fact that you are even picky when it comes to what kind of woman."
Darius seemed at a loss for words for a moment before his confusion gave way to anger. Crossing his arms over his chest, Darius jutted his bottom lip out and turned away from his captain like he was a scolded child. "I do not know how we came to the topic of my love affairs when we were discussing yours."
Ronan shrugged but was not able to answer the man seeing how one of the prostitutes had caught Darius's eye and was already leading him into one of the brothels where several more women stood giggling by the doorway. Ronan gave them a flirtatious wink, which made them swoon, before carrying on to see a close friend named Gale. Gale was an older man, if Ronan had to guess he would say mid fifties, who had managed to remain physically fit despite the numerous drinks he consumed. Gale was not what you would call pirate material but he was able to hold his own in a fight and gave Ronan some good discounts when he stopped by for a drink during his visits to Tortuga.
