Neville was dared to run around the great hall in just his underwear and a full face of makeup. Hermione and everyone else bursted out laughing as Neville ran back inside the common room looking absolutely petrified in his boxers and tons of makeup piled on his face. They were playing dares for at least half an hour now and Hermione couldn't believe how much fun this game really was.

So far Harry had been dared to give Dean a peck on the lips after a lot of refusing Seamus had been dared to blend all the disgusting Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans and drink it not before shortly throwing it all back up and then Neville had also been dared to run around the great hall with nothing but his boxers and makeup on and stand there completely isolated for at least 15 minutes.

Even though Hermione was having loads of fun she really didn't want to be dared and she knew pretty much everyone in there did not either.

Just then Ginny leaned forward and spun the bottle till it stopped directly towards worried looking Ron Weasley."Truth or Dare?" Ginny smirked. "Um truth." Ron mumbled obviously thinking he had picked the essayist option even though Ginny knew exactly what he was going to choose.

"Is it true you think Hermione looks beautiful tonight?"Ginny asked with a grin plastered on her face as Hermione froze. "Ron you don't haft to answer that-" Hermione rudely interrupted by Ginny.

"Yes he does have to answer me!" She smiled. "He chose truth so what is it Ron? Doesn't she look beautiful?" Ginny smirked wanting to get the truth out of him.

"Well... " Ron started before looking over at his furious girlfriend Lavender Brown and then looking towards Hermione Granger.

He had to admit Hermione looked amazing. Her usual curly frizzy hair was looking more controlled for today's special celebration and she even wore a dress that flew toward her knees and hugged her chest complaining her figure which made herself look extremely elegant in her Gryffindor house color reddish maroon.

But he realised that if he said yes then that would just cause a massive argument between him and his girlfriend Lavender and if he said no then he might just lose one of his closest friend. He had to decide and he had decide fast because literally everyone had their eyes on him.

". . . No she doesn't." He mumbled before realising what a silly mistake he had just made.

A few people gasped quietly Lavender began smiling to herself as if she won a grand prize. Hermione looked down feeling slightly embarrassed and most of all heart broken. Ron immediately trying to change the subject by allowing Lavender to spin the bottle.

Lavender then squealed excitedly as she leaned forward and spun the bottle as fast as she could and within minutes it stopped. And to everyone's surprise it landed on Hermione.

Hermione felt all eyes on her as Lavender asked her Truth or Dare. "I choose Dare." Hermione was feeling somehow brave and she intended on showing Lavender how brave she really was. She wanted to show her she didn't need Ron not anymore.

"Okay" Lavender started "I dare you to spend a whole night in the forbidden forest alone." She said almost instantly as if she was planning on daring her all night.

Hermione's eyes grew wide open as everyone else's did so as well. "But she could die!" A random Gryffindor boy shouted from the back. "I hear there is some vicious monsters in there!" A Ravenclaw girl also shouted out.

"I'll do it." Hermione accepted the challenge as everyone in the room looked at her impressed and worried.

"Mione you don't haft to do this. It's dangerous." Harry warned as he tried to convince her not to go.

"Oh don't worry Harry. Hermione is a Gryffindor for a reason am I right? Plus she knows more spells than both of us combined so surely she'll be just fine." Lavender smiled devilishly as she tried to convince Hermione to leave.

Hermione knew that Lavender just wanted her to forfeit and she herself was definitely not going to let that happen. "Exactly I'll be fine. Don't worry about me." Hermione smiled warmly as Harry nodded slowly sliding the invisibility cloak into her bag then allowed her to leave.

Harry knew what amazing spells Hermione was capable of and so he only worried little for his best friend.

But she on the other hand secretly knew she'd never stand the chance against those monsters especially you know who still on the loose there could be all types of evil in there including the Dark Lord himself.

"Wait!" Ron shouted as Hermione stopped in her tracks. He leaned over and whispered to her so his girlfriend couldn't hear. "If you are just trying to show Lavender how brave you are then just don't. We all know you are capable of spending the whole night in there you don't have to prove it Mione. You'll get yourself killed..."

"Well if you think I'm capable of doing so then you shouldn't be stopping me." She snapped still furious at him for what happened earlier. "Besides I'm sure your 'lovely' girlfriend will keep you company" she then stormed off before he had the chance to stop her. Ginny,Neville and Dean went to go after her but she had already gone.

What have I done he thought to himself. He also thought of the dangers Hermione could be getting herself into he was probably more worried than Hermione herself.

Lavender bursted out laughing "I bet she won't last 15 minutes let alone 5!"

Blaise shook his head repeatedly.

"There is no way on earth I'm kissing a boy!"

"Oh come on Blaise don't be so a frigid!" A third year slytherin shouted out.

Blaise Sighed before leaning in towards Theodore. Theodore's eyes had squeeze shut waiting to get it over with and done quickly but then Blaise Immediately pulled away. "I I can't do it w we're both guys okay!?"

"Seriously Blaise you're such a coward." Draco laughed as everyone else joined him.

"I'm not a frigid okay!" The young quidditch chaser protested. "Fine how about this Draco we make a deal."

Draco grinned wanting to take on a challenge. "Sure what is the deal?!"

Blaise stared into space for a few seconds before his expression changed showing he had thought of an idea. "If I kiss Theodore you haft to spend one whole night in the forbidden forest!"

Everyone suddenly looked looked terrified for Draco. "Or else?" He smirked clearly not afraid.

"Or else..." He thought. "I'll tell my girlfriend who's sisters with the one and only Rita Skeeta to write a false article about Draco Malfoy and his little summer romance with filthy mudblood Hermione Granger." Blaise liked knowing instantly that Draco had no way out of this.

Imagine if Draco's mother reading that article? Or worse his father.

Most of the slytherins went "oOOoooOo" causing Draco to pause for a second. " alright fine I'll do it."

"Draco you're so brave!" A few female fans of his in their 4th and 5th year squealed while staring at him dreamily. He ignored them and turned back to Blaise. "Now how about a kiss for Theodor?" He smirked

Just then Blaise jumped onto Theodore and gave him a big unexpected kiss before pulling away almost immediately. Everyone bursted out laughing as Theodor wiped his lips repeatedly.

"Well then I guess this is goodbye." Draco said before walking out."Wait Draco!" He stopped in his tracks to turn around to see his closest friend Alex. He offered his invisibility cloak. "Here take it you will need it."

"Don't worry you'll be fine." Alex reassured him. It will keep you safe." He walked off to the others who were looking dead worried for the slytherin prince. Draco had already left the common room by now to get the fare done with feeling more confident with the cloak of invisibility.

Little did he know Hermione Granger had already made way past Hagrid's hut and towards the forbidden forest...
