King George went down to his peacock lair, where he saw a bunch of the majestic birds. He was one of the birds, or so he thought.
He picked up one of the blue and green creatures, kissing it on the head.
"You are a beautiful thing." He whispered to the peacock, stroking it gently.
Suddenly, his younger brother walked in on him. "What the fuck." He muttered under his breath, slowly walking out of the room.
"What? I'm just embracing this lovely animal. It is one of my kind, after all." George replied, nuzzling his face into it's soft feathers.
"One day you're going to be taken off the throne for being insane, I know it." His brother said, walking out and slamming the door behind him, making several peacocks scatter across the room.
George gasped in horror, "You scared my children!"
George fell to his knees stroking every peacock to make sure they were okay. He silenced them, cuddling up to each and every one of them. "It'll be okay, my darlings." He said to them repeatedly to comfort them.
A peacock made a noise at George.
"Victoria, all will be okay. I will protect you all."
