Byul's POV

"Okay, listen up everyone for my final instructions."

Ms. Choi patted her stick on the rostrum to catch everyone's attention. But no one cared actually.

Each of my classmates hastily packed up their books
and zipped theirs bags.

Chattering where will they go after our class and
where will they be for the long weekend.

"Deadline of your project will be on the third Friday of this month. No more projects on my table beyond that day. Do you all understand?"

"Yes," everyone answered without looking at the teacher.

Ms. Choi exited our room with furrowed brows. She can never tame these bunch of crazy, stubborn and very loud class.

She'll probably quit her job after a month if she's still our adviser. My sincere apologies to her.

I waited for everyone to go out of the room before I started to pack up my own stuffs. My phone vibrated on my skirt's pocket.

A text message from my mom asking what time I will be home. She never missed a day asking me this.

I plugged my earphones on my ears, sighed heavily and went out of the room.

Time to put on my cloak of invisibility which is also invisible. I mentally laugh at my own bad pun.

I am a total nobody in this school, even though
I'm the top student and represent the school internationally in contests.

Only the teachers of this school recognizes my existence and my achievement.

And also this guy I am about to pass.

"Hi Byul," he waved like a complete idiot straight outta Mental Institution.

"Su Han Byul, can I walk you home?" My phone music is loud but I can still hear his exceptionally annoying voice.

"Im Junyeong, if you can top Physics and Chemistry class then you can walk me home,"

I told him and fixed my eye glasses with my middle finger then walked away.

Ugh! He is so annoying. He's the top play boy of this school and hits on every girl even on me.

I am the only one actually that will never fall into his charm. I mean his deadly trap.

Every girl giggles over him. Yes, he got some good looks but not a good brain.

"Fine. I'll top both subjects! Mark my words," he shouted.

I gripped onto my bag straps as I walked down the sidewalk, my mind drifting off into the distance.

Which is a very bad idea, I will never know what will happen if I dare to space out even for just a minute. A car may hit me, a white van may pull over and some whackos will come out and kidnap me.

I shake my head and erased those dark thoughts of mine, this happens quite often.

I saw my house up ahead and speed up my pace a little.

"Oh, hey, Goddess,"

I looked at my cat resting on top of the wall. Her green eyes looked at mine and she responded with a meow.
