A Mutant Among Mutants (xmen first class fanfic)

Chapter 2 Daddy?

We all talked and played arcade games for at least an hour or so. When some agents decided it would be fun to heckle us.

"Hey babe show us some wing action?" one of them teases Angel.

"Hey show us the feet," the other harasses Hank. Hank gets up and goes to shut the curtain.

"Hank wait," I say and hold up my hand. "I can handle this."

"Oh what is the mutant gonna do something bad?" an agent jokes.

"I am a mutant and proud," I snap back.

"Yeah your a mutant alright you aren't even normal among other mutants your a mutant among mutants," the agent insults. His words hit me hard. I know I have more mutations than every one else, making them right. I am a mutant among Mutants.

Instead of getting sad I get angry. I stand up, saunter over to the window, flip my hair, and flirtatiously twirl it in my finger.

"Hey why don't you two go clean all the toilets in this whole facility oh and clean out the old mutant room" I order sweetly.

"Yes ma'am," they say with glazed over eyes, and dopey smiles. I smirk and then shut the curtain.

"Hey it's okay just some stupid guys," I comment and pat Angel on the back.

"I can handle stupid guys I've handled them my when life, but I'd rather a guy laugh at me with my clothes off then the way these guys look at me," Angel sighs sadly. I understand what she's saying and empathize.

"Hey it's okay they are gonna pay," o promise and smirk. Angel nods and gives me a half smile.

A series of thumps and shouts interrupts our quiet conversations.

"What was that?" Darwin asks looming slightly concerned.

"Here let me check," I hold two fingers to my head and scan the minds around me. "I can't tell it's moving too fast."

"Wait you're a telepath, you can charm, and have a sonic scream?" Sean questions looking rather surprised. I don't answer. I'm too scared too. I don't want these people seeing me as different too.

We all cautiously walk up to the curtains and I yank them open, just in time to see a poor man fall from the sky and hit the ground. Raven screams and tries to hide her eyes and about 15 more fall dying. I just cover my eyes and screech too. Those poor men! What's killing them?

Suddenly several armed agents fill the courtyard. One pounds on the window and demands we stay inside.

I watch in horror as the agents are slashed and killed by a red teleporter. I cry in terror and whip around to see two tornadoes coming dangerously close to the other window.

"Oh my god," I gasp,

"Stay in here my ass let's go," Darwin yells. Sean grabsmy arm and we flee into the hallway. We are soon stopped by gunfire and I think an explosion.

"Get back in the room," I shout and dart back in. My heart clenches in terror and my hands start to shake violently.

As soon as everyone is back in I slam the doors and hold them closed. I may be scared but I want to protect my new friends.

"Take cover," Alex shouts and the others hide behind furniture. The windows shatter allowing the red teleported and tornado man step in. In a split second red arms wrap around me and hold something to my neck. I go frightfully still and hold in a whimper.
