I wake up to see Glimmer sitting beside my bed. Then she covers her mouth with her hands and runs out the door. Weird. Next thing I know my family walks in. They sit there talking to me for about 30 mins. And then they have to go cuz it's too late for Lucy to be awake. Glimmer stays with me though. " the doctors said that you could go home tomorrow!" She said. " wait........ What happened?" I say. Then she goes into this long explanation about how I fell and broke my ankle then I want into shock and blacked out and while I was knocked out they took me to the hospital and I had ankle surgery. When I hear about the surgery I look down at my feet and see that I have a purple cast on my foot. The rest of the night Glimmer stays with me and we fall asleep really late. When I wake up I realise Glimmer is gone then a few minutes later she comes in with a tray of food. The only thing I have the stomach for is a piece of toast and a glass of water. Later in the afternoon my family and to my surprise, Marvel and Cato come to see me and take me home. When I get out of bed they hand me some crutches and I get up and hop out of the hospital. When we get home Glimmer helps me get settled in my room. While we sit on my bed talking, Cato and Marvel walk in and sit on the little couch in my room. " How are you feeling?" Cato asks. He is so sweet! " I'm fine thanks." I say. After a couple of hours of talking they leave and I hop into bed. I'm going back to school tomorrow and since Cato lives a few houses down he's gonna pick me up. I'm kinda excited! That night I sleep like I'm on a cloud. That hospital bed was hard.
