Everyone deals with stress differently. Some people smoke or drink or do drugs of some sort. Some people take it out on other people, but some people, like me take it out on them selves and hide any hint that they're stressed out or scared or hurting.
Don't worry this isn't going to be a self harm story (not that there's anything wrong with those they are sometimes helpful) but there will be some stuff about it.
