*rinngg*rinngg Kansas.. Kansaass.. Kansas.! I quickly swoosh up to the sound of my bestie calling my name when I realize I fell asleep in class.
"I can't believe you slept through math class, Ms. Williams was screaming at Jonas constantly" Alexis my bestie said
"I couldn't help it, i didn't go to sleep until 2:00 in the morning." I said still droopy from the 1 hour nap I had in math class.
"Why so late.?" Alexis asked.
"Carlos broke up with me, I was trying to make up with him but he didn't want to speak to me."
"You don't need him, you got me." Alexis said with a big smile.
"I always do." I said with a smile.
"Lets do something today!" she said happily
"Like what.?" I asked
"Wanna go to the mall.?"
"Sure." I said
"Ill pick you up from your place after school." she insisted
"Sounds Gucci" I said playfully
I headed to my class which is History.
After School
"Finally, school is over." I say to myself I grab my skate board and head home to get ready for later. About 50 minutes later Alexis arrives in her 2017 Ford Fiesta. I know it's not all that fancy but that's all she can afford.
As soon as I open the door I hear Jacob Sartorius' song "Bingo" I quickly jam out with Alexis. After listening to a few more songs we arrive at the mall and quickly go to Forever 21, of course.
"Hmm, im not sure what I want." I say. Indecisive.
"How about this?" she points to a grey crop top.
"Yeah with these shorts." I show her the shorts I liked
"With this cute thin sweater." she said
"Yeah, this would look cute with my white high top converse." I said
"Yeah, we work so much better as a team" she said.
"Haha, yeah" I laughed
We purchase our items and leave to FootLocker. There I get The Nike AirHuaraches. We leave the mall and decide to go to Starbucks. I get a Vanilla Iced Coffee, Alexis gets a Caramel Iced Coffee. We enjoyed our drinks, then as we were getting ready to leave I asked this guy if he could take a picture of me and Alexis, I hand him my phone and he takes the picture, he took a while but i didn't think nothing of it.
"Thank you sir" I say with a nice smile
"Please call me Joey and "sir", really im only 16, gosh im not that old" he ssid playfully.
"Well Joey, thank you for taking a picture of my friend and I" I say
"No problem, so what is your name?" he asked
"Kansas, Kansas Campbell" I said kindly
"Well nice to met you Kansas" he said while holding his hand out waiting for me to shake it.
"The pleasure is mine Joey." I said kinda cringing to my response
"Well I got to head out but maybe we can hang sometime, im new to this town so a little tour would be great" he said.
"Yeah sure, her let me give you my number" I said
"Err.. I kinda already have it." he said
"What do you mean?" I asked confused
"Before I took a picture of you and your friend I looked to see what your number was, I was planning on texting you later." he said trying not to laugh
"Haha, your on your A game aren't you" I said laughing
"You know it" he winked before backing up and swinged the door open to exit.
"He's hella fine" said Alexis
"Oml shut the hell up." I said laughing
Me and Alexis left to go get a few things from my house so I could spend the night since my parents are on a business trip. About 20 minutes later we are at Alexis' home. When I walked in I was showered with hugs from Alexis' little sisters. We walk to the kitchen so I can greet Mrs. Johnson
"Hello Mrs. Johnson" I say
"Hello Kansas, I haven't seen you in a while" she said
"I just came last Monday" I explained
"I know that's way to long!" she said laughing
I laugh then me and Alexis head to her room. Her room was pretty huge. It was 10:30 and i was exhausted so we were getting ready for bed. I wanted to post the picture Joey took of me and Alexis on Instagram.

I hope you liked Chapter One, Im not continuing "Journal Of Feelings" which is another story I made for those of you who don't know, im ending it because I didn't like how it was turning out, sorry in advance.
