Y/n was diagnosed with cancer a year ago and it's gotten a lot worse since then. He never told he's fans nor he's twin brother Jack. And he's fans are starting to catch on, but not Jack and he really doesn't want to tell him. Knowing it will devastate him but Jack will find out sooner or later. But not soon enough the doctor say that it's getting even more worse than it already is.
Y/n blankly stairs at the camera which is still streaming he runs a shaky hand through his light brown hair. And biting his lip in nervousness contemplating if he should tell them or not. They're gonna find out sooner or later so, he man up and tells them.
"I have something I've been meaning to tell you all... I... I've been diagnosed with c-cancer and it's getting worse. No, I haven't told Jack yet and please, don't tell him. It would devastate him and the doctor say that I might not live." He spoke as his voice cracked at the end.
Just then Y/n's phone goes off and the ID read 'Jack'.
"Hello?" He answers.
"Y/n, why didn't you tell me?" Jack replies.
"Tell you what?" Y/n asks knowing the answer.
"That you were diagnosed with cancer," Jack replies and his voice cracked, " And the doctor said that you might not live."
Y/n had tears flowing down his face and began to cry while his phone was on speaker. Then he left a cold hand wipe away his tears. He looked to find death looking at him and Death gave a silent nod telling him that it's time to go.
"Bye, Jack, it's time for me to go. Just so you know I love you bro. And don't forget me." Y/n said and his phone fell out of his hand.
Jack screamed out his name but he couldn't hear or reply. For that he went with Death.
'I m sorry, Jack.'
