Jane's POV

"Alright baby, mommy's gotta go to work now. Bye, love you!" I said as I kissed Noah's head.

"Bye mommy! I love you!" Noah replied.

"I'm going to work now, Mary. I'll be back at 12!" I shouted at Mary just as I closed the door and ran down the stairs.

Tonight I have to walk to the pub. William said that he would be a little late so he told me to go first because he had a meeting.

I was wearing a strapless mid thigh black dress under my hoodie. To go with the dress were my black high heels with a diamond accents. I know, hoodie and high heels didn't go together but it's not like anyone cares. Besides, I'll change to a dress once I have arrived at the pub.

As usual, after arriving at the pub, I greeted Danny with a "Hey!" and a kiss on his cheek. Now, I am doing my routine, slowly gliding my body up and down the hard, cold pole. My strong legs hoist me up the pole as the song ironically plays in the background. Throughout the whole dance, I can't stop thinking about William. He's still not here yet.

I begin walking forward around the pole with my inside arm holding onto the pole. Using my outside leg to gain momentum, I swing and hook it around the front of the pole. As my inside leg leaves the floor, I bring my outside arm to the pole. I crossed my legs at the ankles as I slide down the pole.

Then I whip my head around to face the people watching, that is when I see William casually walk through the door. He turned his head to look at me. He smiled at first before showing me his famous smirk. I saw William went to the bar. He ordered a drink from the bartender and then his gaze is focusing on me again.

I got tired of dancing on the pole so I decided to go down to the dance floor and dance. Who knows, maybe William would want to dance with me. 'Side to Side' by Ariana Grande started to boom out of the speakers. I wiggled my hips side to side slowly. Someone's hands grabbed my waist and began rubbing against me.

I smirked to myself.

I knew he would come.

"Couldn't resist me could you, William?" I asked smirking and moved my hands up to run them through his soft blonde hair. Only they weren't there. Instead I felt short spiky hair.

"The name's Calvin, babe." The person whispered in my ear.

I whirled around and came face to face with a black hair and brown eyed man. He was tall with huge biceps. Anyone would say he was attractive, but he was not William.

"Excuse me," I said trying to step around him. He remained where he was.

"You're quit sexy, which suits your name, Sexy J huh," He said licking his lips. Alcohol was evident on his breath causing me to gag.

"C'mon baby, dance with me." He said stepping closer to me.

"Get away from me!" I snapped angrily, "Go away!"

"You're a fiesty chick aren't ya," He said grabbing my wrist, "Let's see how you are in bed."

Before I could register what he just said to me, I was being dragged by him.

"Stop! Help!" I screamed.

"Shut up!" The man growled and dragging me forward harder.

"Don't you dare touch her!" William growled at the man who was dragging me.

"Who the fuck are you? Get outa my way!" The man said.

"I'm her boyfriend. Now get your dirty hands from her!" William screamed at the man. My heart leaped at the word boyfriend.

"Woah, okay," The man let go of me, "I didn't know she was your girl. Now we're cool, right?" The man backed off, putting his hands up in defeat.

"Get out from here if you don't want to get punch on the face bastard." William growled.

The man only nodded and scurried away.

"Thank you." I said at William.

"No worries. Some of the men here are just fucking prick." William muttered, eyeing the room. "Are you, okay?" William asked, gently wrapping his arms around my body. I flinched but then relaxed under the warmth and comfort of his arms.

"I-I'm okay now," I stuttered. I tried to speak again, "H-He... He-"

"Shh, it's okay," William said. "I've got you, I'm here now okay."

"B-But he-" I started.

"I know, it's okay. That douchebag won't bother you again yeah? Don't worry, I'll always protect you Jane." He soothed interrupting me.

I cowered into William, burying my face in his neck.

"Don't worry, Jane. I'm here now. I've got you."

The two of us began walking out of the pub. People were still dancing as if nothing happened at the dance floor 15 minutes ago. Finally after what seemed like eternity, we were outside. William started making his way to the car.

Once we're in his car, William put his arm around my shoulders while I leaned my head against his shoulder. It's not a comfortable position, really, but I'll take whatever it is to be close to him.

I started to feel sleepy. William must have noticed this because he said, "Get some sleep, Jane. I'll wake you up when we arrived." I only nodded my head, too tired to speak.

I drifted off to a deep sleep thinking, William has saved me today.

He might as well be my hero.
