The bus was purple. And I don't mean like, one of the little kids spilt purple sprinkles all ofer the floor (hey, it's happened before). I'm talking purple every thing. Seats, walls, roof, floor, kids, (just kidding about that last one, only a couple of them wore purple). And the seats. Oh my gosh the seats. They're the comfiest thing you've ever sat on. I've never felt anything so soft and inviting. I walked to the back of the bus, sunk onto the seat, and promptly fell asleep.

I was in a small room. I was laying in a bed, white sheets on a white mattress. There were machines beeping around me. Someone was holding my hand. I heard crying. I tried to move my head, but my muscles wouldn't respond. My eyes were getting heavy, so I closed them. Then I heard a voice. "C-c'mon Aidan. Come back. I-I don't- I can't- I just-" and then more crying. They sounded feminine. I tried to comfort her, say something. Tell her I'm right here, and I'm not going anywhere, but my mouth wouldn't move. So I put all my energy into squeezing her hand, and this time it worked. Her breath hitched. "A-Aidan?"
Then I blacked out.

A/N short chapter. See if you can figure out what's happening. Next chapter will hopefully be longer.
