                                                                          *IMPORTANT NOTE*

This as it reads, note is for the people-if any-who are reading this novel or may read in the future. I love you all, any votes comments or opinions would always be welcomed, no matter if they are negative or positive. Why am I writing all of this?

You see, I always write any kind of note in the end of the chapter so as to not ruin the fun. But for a special reason I am now, doing this. My best friend has found a new found way to torment me, the habit of it is not so newfound of course.

She has been writing comments about how I haven't been updating as scheduled which is true, but ironically she was the reason of that being unsuccessful

She has been writing comments about how I haven't been updating as scheduled which is true, but ironically she was the reason of that being unsuccessful. I was at her home for a slumber party on the very day itself. After that I admit I could not cause of different reason which is my frequently disfunctioning laptop. So yeah, and you little pretty panda just KNOCK IT OFF!! *takes a long breath and exhales* Here's you due update Enjoy.

Peter's POV

As I walk out of my apartment with the weight of my keys in my jean pocket, I wonder how Susie would react when she sees me. It's not obviously why I am going there, I am going to meet my mom, catch up with her on what I have done, and tell her about the girl I have been dating recently, Jennifer.

Just my type slim limbed a tight hot body, and mile long legs. Everything naturally tanned. But her face is not as fierce and strong as her body; it's soft and angelic with clear blue eyes, full raspberry lips and flowy golden locks. If only she had an ample rack to go with it, what a pity. My phone dings alarming me of a notification. Oh, what coincidence! Jennifer just instagramed a picture of herself.

See what I mean? Pretty eh? But the picture does not do her justice. If only this was one of her bikini shots . . . .

I momentarily get disoriented when a basketball hits in the leg. I look up to see a boy and a girl fighting, both of them seem ten-ish. And when I say fighting they are literally fighting. Like I-pull your hair-you-bite-me kind of fight. But when I see that the girl is colored and the boy is white, I wish that it's not that kind of a fight. I look at them and analyze their body, to confirm before taking an action, since racisim in such young kinds seems impossible.

What I see is a certain familiarity towards each other in their steps. Fighting with full strength yet controlling and holding themselves back. There is anger but it comes from a good place.

I know that feeling. But I stop them anyway.

"Hey! hey, why are you fighting?" I pull them apart, both having puffed up cheeks.

"She won't let me play with her!" said he stomping his foot on the ground. I looked at the girl waiting for an explanation.

"He never lets me play soccer with him so I did the same with him" said she also stomping her foot.

"Fair enough, then what was the fight for?"

"I play better than him" said he pointing behind me. I turned around to see a red headed boy standing there that I hadn't noticed up until now.

"What's your name?" "Caleb" He muttered. He, I was sure had nothing to do with this fight. He was innocent. And suddenly it dawned on me; the boy did not want the girl to play with him since she annoyed him. But did not like it either when she was playing with someone else. When she refused him of playing with her which any girl would do the fight broke out.

Classic.

Then I advised him something I would never have done myself.

"Why don't you play with them? You all can play together. Forget about the fight and run along."

We all just love problem solving don't we?

I picked up my duffle bag and threw it in the trunk. I walk around the pickup truck and give it a look over. A beauty, it was a gift from mom my going away present. A Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Jack helped choose.

I get inside and start the engine, as the car roars to life I take my phone out of my pocket and keep it on the dashboard. I pull my steering around and move out of the driveway and onto to the road. My destination Candia.

As I am on my way I turn the radio on. And music starts blaring out the speakers.

"aren't you lonely, up there in Utopia" I strain my mind remembering the song. And bam there it is.

". . . We're all chained to the rhythm" Katy Perry, the singer. With her fancy hair and even fancier clothes, I never liked her music. I change the channel. And landed on a song which seems fitting right now.

"Life's like a road that you travel on When there's one day here and the next day gone" I turn the volume up and tap my fingers on the steering wheel along the beat.

I sing along with the song and trust you should be grateful that I have not explained that in here.

"Life is a highway I wanna ride it all night long If you're going my way
I wanna drive it all night long" I touch the high note and do it miserably.

I remember that Susie loved doing karaoke. Even though she had voice worse than mine, I always found myself listening to her again and again.

I haven't seen her since my high school graduation. I saw her there near her mom and dad looking happy and smiling. It was a good day after all.

I sigh, as I park my car in the motel lot. I will have to stay in for the night. As I reach up the front desk and reach for my wallet it's not there, that is when I realize that I had kept it on the dashboard along with my phone I go out only to see that it's raining outside. I wear my jacket over my head and run towards my car.

Strangely I see a silhouette approaching my car I start running when I notice it. But the person senses it and runs the other way.

I unlock the car and take my stuff out and close the door and locking it safely. I know it has an alarm and would alert on my phone, I worry for nothing. I go inside my room and look out my room and look out the window for a minute just to be reassured. When I see no movement I draw the curtain and lie down on the bed and turn off the lamp.

I can't sleep and wonder. Was it who I thought was?
