— Saved From A Creep —

I don't like the go to the gym, but there was this one period where I had to go to the gym often because my friend wanted someone to go to the gym with her. Of course, she had to choose me because I'm her good friend.

I swear, they were really dark times because my friend hired a personal trainer for us and I came back with extremely sore muscles. But, nonetheless, I was still fit and grateful that the trainer was more focused on my friend than me because I never signed up for that!

But, I guess, it wasn't really a bad thing. Alright, it was pretty bad because I hate working out, but there was something good out of it.

So, have you ever heard the joke about how couples don't go to the gym because their relationship won't work out? Well, I have a story that will change that joke and you wouldn't believe how it goes.

Why am I telling you a story about someone else's life? Well, because it's my goddamn job. So, just deal with it - alright!?

Anyways, let's get right into it. I won't do the same intros that I did for my other two tales. The one with Kim Mingyu and Tak Hyojin, and Jeon Wonwoo and Lim Chaeri. It's going to get boring so, I'll just cut to the chase.

"Isn't he cute!?" Seungwan asked.

"Who?" Eunlee asked her back, confused since there were plenty of guys.

"Him," Seungwan replied and pointed to a guy who was lifting weights in the middle of the gym - alone.

Eunlee examined his face and body before replying to Seungkwan: "He's okay, I guess."

The guy that the two girls were staring at had a muscular body but it wasn't the extremely bulky type. It was the type that was just right. He looks like the cool guy type, the type of guy that was out of their league - or, at least, to Eunlee league.

"You should ask for his number," Seungwan said and winked at Eunlee.

"Yah!" Eunlee half-exclaimed and hit her lightly on her shoulder. "He's way out of my league."

"That's true," Seungwan agreed with a giggle - making Eunlee frown a little. "I'm just kidding," Seungwan said and gave a sweaty hug to Eunlee.

Eunlee simply rolled her eyes and looked at the guy again. Well, he was honestly way more than just okay. He looked like some kind of human god.

"Anyways, I need to go. My boyfriend's probably waiting for me at home. I promised to have a movie night with him," Seungwan said as she headed towards the locker.

"Aright, see you," Eunlee bid her goodbye before she left, leaving Eunlee on the bench.

As Eunlee was alone on the bench alone, she decided to stretch a little. She somehow couldn't help but take a peek at the cute guy that Seungwan was talking about before she left. He looked real good lifting weights. He made it look effortless.

Until one point, the guy spotted Eunlee staring at him. The guy gave a short smile, making Eunlee flustered and headed for the locker room almost immediately.

After taking her belongings and closing the lockers, she decided to make her way to the counter to return the key and head home. However, she was stopped by some random guy that she didn't know at all. The guy casually came up to her and asked for her number - which made Eunlee kind of angry.

"Hey there, can I have your number?" The guy asked Eunlee as he blocked her way to exit the locker room.

Eunlee stared at him with an uncomfortable feeling since she didn't even see him in the gym before. "For what purpose?" Eunlee asked in a gentle voice.

"Oh, you know, to make new friends," the guy answered with a smile.

Eunlee wouldn't have minded if he wanted to make new friends but she knew that the guy had other intentions. Anyone looking there would have known.

Eunlee hesitated a little and looked around the locker room, in hopes that someone would come and rescue her, but luck wasn't really on her side for now. Eunlee wished that her friend was with her, so she could help her out, but at this point, she was kind of powerless.

"Sure, I guess," Eunlee said in defeat and began to think about giving a fake number instead of her actual number. It's not like he'll know - right?

"Make sure you don't give me a fake one," he said with a chuckle. "I'm going to check later~"

Eunlee swore that she thought that he could read minds and all. "Don't worry, I have no intentions of doing that," Eunlee assured him with a fake giggle.

But, before Eunlee could give the guy her number, someone answered her call and saved her.

"Excuse me, who do you think you are? Asking her for her number and making her uncomfortable?"

"Um, is it wrong for me to just ask for her number? And who are you?" the guy moved a little further from me while asking the other guy in an annoyed tone.

"I'm her boyfriend, and yes, it's wrong because she clearly doesn't want to give you her number.

It was the guy that Eunlee and Seungwan were talking about earlier. Eunlee was a little shock at the guy calling himself her boyfriend. It seemed so natural.

"Are you sure you're her boyfriend?" The guy asked and scanned his body. "You don't look like someone she would date. At least proof to me that you are her boyfriend."

"Honey, let's get out of here," the cute guy said to me while clinging his arms around Eunlee. "Wouldn't want you to waste your time on some idiotic guy who thinks he can steal you from me."

As the two walked away, Eunlee could hear the guy mumbling some curse words, making her giggle on the inside. When the two were at a good distance away from the guy, he released her from his arms and scratched his head a little, awkwardly.

The atmosphere was getting a little awkward between them, but Eunlee was thankful for what he did. She wanted to thank him, but he managed to talk before she did. "I'll get going, you should get home as well. Stay safe."

Before Eunlee could reply, the guy already walked out of the gym - leaving Eunlee dumbfounded and confused as she tried to process the entire scene that happened. She didn't even get to know his name.
