"Rule number one of surviving on the Surface..." The voice of my teacher rang in my head as I stepped into the stench of sweaty men and beer, "absolutely no consumption of alcohol! Alcohol impairs your judgement. You can't tell demons from humans and that will lead to your death."

I scoffed and sat down. It's been 500 years and I'm still going strong. No one seems to even notice. I smiled, ordering a drink.

No..

Something wasn't right.

I sense something.

I rested my hand on the hilt of my sword, ready to slay the demon that was hiding in the bar. I waited, and waited. The scent of the demon faded and mixed with the reek of drunken humans, and I drank myself to my limit.

Finland's POV~~

The woman who walked into my bar a minute ago.. Something is wrong with her.

I sense it.

Demons can sense potential danger. And this woman... She was something else. But... That was enticing. She was lovely, actually. Her glittering (e/c) eyes attracted me like a bug to a light.

So what did I do? I served her what she ordered. Maybe I could get to know her. I'm unfortunately a bit of a romantic demon. It's horrific.

But, whatever.

Time skip yay~~

I looked from my position serving drinks to the other patrons at the (h/c) girl who I've had my eye on. She's been here for.. Three hours now? She's quite obviously drunk. My shift ends in five minutes. Then, I decided, I'll make my move.

Dang, minutes can be so slow sometimes... I guess a brief monologue will pass the time?

My name is Tino Vainamoinen. I'm a demon. I left the underworld for a plain reason... Hell sucks.

Yeah... That's really my whole afterlife so far.

Oh, look at that. My shift is over. Now, it's time to make my move on the lovely lady over there.

I put on a sweet smile and walked over to her.

"Hello!~"
