~Love is much of an drug..
Everybody wants it; everybody seeks it but few achieve it and those who get lost in it,can cherish it and they never let it go~"I'm sorry but I need to go" his girlfriend of two years said while wiping the corner of her mouth.
"We can find a way baby" Randhir said while panicking at the thought of letting her go.
They had been the best couple of the college in the past two years and the thought that she had got the job in Canada made him sad. He had also got the offer but it was of London and just by the mere thought of leaving her popped in his head and so declined the offer and never said her about this.
"No Randhir this is my dream I want to live. So I'm leaving tomorrow" she said firmly as she was sipping her cold coffee she loved.
They were seated in the cafe of the college where she called him to tell about the offer. She was only focused on the career that she did not ask him about his opinion and readily agreed to leave him. She was being selfish.
"Fine sanyukta. See you then. Goodbye" saying this he stood from the seat and turned to leave the table as soon as possible as tears were starting to well into his eyes.
He never thought her to be such selfish to choose her job over him. He did not want to show her how weak he would be without her.
She stood there frozen. What did she expect? She had herself made the choice and now seeing him like this pained her heart. She did not realize that the tear drop had slipped from her eyes until it fell on the floor. She stood from the seat and went her way back to her hostel room. She expected him to agree with her take the matter more lightly then the way he was behaving.
"Sanyukta are you leaving him?" asked her friend Parth while her way to the hostel room.
She stopped in her tracks and turned her way back facing him "Parth I need this job. Its a huge opportunity I cannot lose. Randhir can wait for me it's not that difficult.."
"Okay then...Bye Sanyukta. Have a safe journey" he sadly smiled at her before letting her complete her sentence leaving her completely surprised.
He left her and she just made her way back to her room and started packing her stuff. She was constantly checking her phone hoping that he would call her or message her.
She had enough she was going tomorrow away from him and he was not even there for her to at least bid her off or at least comfort her. But deep down she knew she was at the fault to let him go. She knew signing a five year contract with the Canada company she would see him or never. There were only least chances of seeing him there because she knew he had not got any offer to Canada and also that he hated that place as it reminds him of his dead sister.
He would never be there as of was the darkest past of his life he left behind in there and started his life here. She lost her hope of getting better job in India, so when she got the offer of job in canada she did not refuse it, she wanted to show her worth to her father.
She knew he will stay by his action which meant he'll never go behind her or try to stop her. This thought made her sick she then walked outside her hostel towards his room. She wanted to clear the tension, assure him she'll be back for sure but deep down she knew that it was not possible not thus early.
