All I did on Sunday was sleep until 3pm. and finish some homework. Now, it's Monday, and I have to go to school :(

I got ready really fast, and scarfed down as much food as I could in five minutes. Damn you alarm clock.

I was in the middle of my cereal bowl when there was a knock on the door. I opened it and found Mikey.

" What?" I asked, the bowl in my hands, milk flooding my mouth.

" Ready for school?" He laughed.

" But...food."

" You have some milk right there." He put his finger on his lip, pointing to where it was. I took a large wipe at my face.

" Gone?"

" How could you possibly miss it?" He laughed, before pulling down his sleeve to wipe my face for me.

" Thanks." I continued to sloppily eat my cereal. " You can come in. Want any cereal?" I called over my shoulder to Mikey, who was sitting at my dining table.

" Nah, I ate my pop tarts." He patted his stomach.

" Dammit! Remind me, I have to go to the store and pick some up later." I frowned at the shelf where I keep my snacks and junk food.

I finished my fruit loops and we were off.

" So where's Gerard?"

" He got sick. The idiot went to the park on friday without a jacket."

" Oh, Gee." I chuckled, pulling in my jacket around me.

" I assume Frank will be sick, too." Mikey added.

" Why?"

" Because you have his jacket." He tugged at the sleeve. I blushed slightly and felt guilty for letting Frank walk home without a jacket.

We were taking our time to get to school, but when we finally got there, there was a surprise waiting for us by the bleachers.

Well, this adds to my list of why surprises are usually horrible.

" What the fuck?" Mikey looked around the empty space of the bleachers.

They abandoned me. My best friends since the sixth grade left. In their place was a note- two notes. I dropped my backpack and examined them.

The first one: Emo! written in red spraypaint against the wall. Written in unmistakable handwork of none other than Kat. I know because the middle line in ' E ' is diagonal instead of straight ; and the ' O' is really wide.

The second one, an oversized post-it attached to the ' ! '

I plucked it off the vandalized wall and scanned over it.

Raine, you were always a slow learner, but I'm sure every YOU have caught onto this. If you still haven't, let me tell you : We left. We left because you are just a downer. There are so many better people to hang around, and sadly, that doesn't involve you. The old bleachers are all yours, because now, we have better places to be around. It's time we moved on. You should try it sometime. Just not with us. - Kat.

I read it at least  three times before I could move. The first thing i did was punch the wall, right in the middle of the  ' O '. Mikey jumped back once he saw that the wall had no affect on my hand.
