The Prince in Vale

Chara and Jaune were easily on two different levels, Chara outmaneuvered him at every turn and he would occasionally land a lucky hit. I held up my hand and both stopped, I stepped up and said, "Well Jaune, I need you to understand this. You have to learn to dodge, so set your weapon down, we will practice with our fists." He nodded and did as I said, putting his hands up. "This ends when you can successfully hit me three times, and avoid my attacks for ten seconds." He nodded once more and I snapped my fingers, and a small blaster appeared above me, opening it's mouth and playing some music, very softly. (Start music)

I counted back from three on my fingers then threw a fast jab at Jaune's face, following it with a punch towards his chest. He narrowly dodged the first jab, but couldn't react fast enough to the next one and took the stomach hit full on.
He coughed and jumped back to breathe, before I followed him a punch towards his gaurd. It broke easily and he tried to breathe, but I moved behind him to surprise him, catching him off gaurd and he quickly used his foot to push away, he got two feet away and quite frankly stunned me for a second. I staggered back, then launched two rapid fire jabs, directly to his chest, he dodged one, then blocked it, delivering a punch to my face. I snapped, stopping the music and sitting back down.

"Good Job." I said and used my magic to quickly replenish our auras. Chara jumped up and picked up her staff, swinging it directly at Jaune's face. He leans back, grabbing his weapon and counters the blow. I watch for thirty minutes, by that time, Jaune's aura has depleted and both him and Chara are breathing raggedly and they both silently thank me when I call for a break. I grab Jaune by the shoulder and teleported him to his dorm, then left to get Chara. I teleported her back and sat by the window, lighting my cigarette.

It was almost curfew, but that didn't really affect me, so I just sat there. Soon, I put on my noise canceling headphones. I listened through my theme options, stopped on one and listened to it, until I fell asleep.

-TimeSkip Morning-

I woke with a start and immediately started to clean up and get ready. I went down to the cafeteria to see Chara and Teams RWBY and JNPR eating. I sat across from Chara, next to Yang, before​ I pulled out a box of protein bars from my inventory. "Funny thing is, I have only been on the surface since just before the begining of the school year, and I already stash the food from up here."

They chuckled and I wolfed down three bars and an orange juice. I looked at the group noticing both Chara and Ruby looking partially asleep, Weiss was talking about dust or whatever and Blake was reading her smut, and Yang was in the process making a pun. I finished my final bar and put the box back into my inventory, burping, and ceasing all conversation as the others looked at me.

I chuckled and said excuse me. They chuckled and continued to eat before heading off to their first classes, and I went off to Oobleck's. I did enjoy the class because surface history really doesn't cover Pre-Great War, the ones with only humans and faunus. I took the course filled with second years and the occasional third year. I quickly leafed through my notes, stopping on the reasons for the war, battles and a few economical notes for the kingdoms.
